Loncar Chico on 92nd is a South Side classic. I grabbed the fried chicken dinner with fries and a side of Hienie's hot sauce—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Also tried the deep-fried tacos, which were surprisingly good. Spent around $20, and it was worth every penny. The place has that old-school tavern vibe, friendly staff, and a laid-back atmosphere. Perfect spot to unwind with some comfort food.
I don't know if I'm biased because I grew up eating this chicken, but I love this fried chicken. The place is a bar/liquor store, but they just happen to make the best chicken. And don't forget your fries and hot sauce on the side. They also have deep-fried tacos that are so good.
I had the Jumbo Shrimp. Man it was great! The shrimp were huge, breaded but cooked to perfection thanks to Tommy the Cook The Bar maid Tina was friendly and on point. Great food and services. The total package.Nice job Crew
