Extremely nice and polite staff. Food was good and the order was correct. It was a little wait for fresh Nashville Hot tenders but worth the wait. She threw in an extra piece and two extra hush puppies for the wait which was barely 5-6 minutes.
I just went to LJS/KFC..on Stony Island after work 815...look at menu, decide on my meals to purchase, wait my turn in line, me: Hi may I have...? cashier: LJS is closed..at 8pm..BUT GET THIS KFC IS OPEN???? My thoughts: Im so sick of being black! And being subjected to all the neglect n abscence of great customer service ...on a Saturday night on a major Chicago St and busy neighborhood? Hardly any choices as it us..go up North ..plethera of choices open all night even..WAKE UP BLACK PEOPLE! DEMAND BETTER AND EQUAL SERVICES N MORE.CHOICES! KFC/LJS PLEASE CHANGE THIS RIDICULOIS POLICY. I WANTED 3 FISH N CHICKEN N SHRIMP COMBOS WITH COLE SLAW N FRIES N HUSHPUPPIES FROM LJS ..I WALKED OUT WITH NOTHING AND IN BED WITH NO DINNER TYPING THIS. 7/19/19 9:26 PM. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we knew this would be a challenging experience. The outside alone tells you that who ever owns this franchise does not care. And as we walked in the door the less than clean smell greeted us. Ordered our food and when we got it, it was cold and way too greasy. LJS is dead to me. If I could I'd give it no stars...
