Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, 8 more minutes to have order taken, and another 10 minutes to get the drinks.

From the moment we stepped through the doors of The Longroom, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere instantly created by the doorman, with his infectious enthusiasm and genuine smile, he immediately made us feel at ease and eager to explore this inviting establishment.

Literally walked out of Longroom 30 minutes ago and felt it necessary to post my experience. Absolutely one of the best places I've been to in Chicago! From the second we walked into the door we were treated like VIP guests. They have a drink menu comparable to all the expensive downtown establishments but all at very reasonable prices.
