I like the rustic Mexican decor. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean. The food is good with a few vegetarian choices. Unfortunately, the music tends to be so loud at times that a normal conversation is not possible. Complaining to the staff helps. They will turn down the volume, but it is still a bit too loud for a restaurant

This was a very pleasant surprise, delicious authentic Mexican food!! We were going to a nearby pizza place but the wait was ridiculous so we stopped in at Los Arcos. They did not disappoint! Amazing homemade tortillas and lots of great choices. Very attentive service! The birrias and empanadas were very good. As well as the Pina Colada Margarita.

I have been a customer to the same owner/ cook since 1986 from Lawrence, Clark and Los Arcos...whitout a doubt the best Tampiqueña plate in the USA. Highly recommend! ❤️ 😋

I ordered nachos to go, sat patiently and waited all the while literally eyeing my food sitting on the counter (I didn’t know if it was mine or not so I didn’t say anything) the servers walked past it several times and didn’t attempt to see who it belonged to. 15 mins goes by and still nothing so I stand up and make my presence known at the register and that’s when the server finally brings the food to me. I ask them to remake it fresh because it’s been sitting for 15 mins and it’s a little unfair my food got cold/soggy because they were inattentive. The manager argues with me, telling me that the food was just taken out the kitchen and the time on the ticket is when it was sent to the kitchen (a lie because I LITERALLY watched the food sit for 10mins) At first she refused to remake it saying that “it was fine” while also being rude asking me to “read the time” as if I couldn’t tell time and didn’t know how long I’d been sitting. When I asked for a refund she said “no because I’m telling you there’s nothing wrong with it” (not a very customer service friendly statement) she finally decides to remake it like I asked, and tells me there will be a 5 min wait … (which is crazy because why was I waiting over 23 mins the first time but ok… ) and then I finally get the d*mn nachos and it’s missing ingredients 😭 the gap by the carrots contained one whole garlic clove… alongside ONE piece of jalapeño lmaooo. I’m just going to dispute the charge because there was no way I was speaking to them again
The owners are just the cutest! Love sitting at the bar and chatting them up. The food is great, but I really love the margaritas!! The fresh in house juices makes a world of difference and you can tell it’s a quality drink.

Last night I went to eat with my friend, first the waiter was arrogant and rude; He treated us grotesquely. If you don't feel comfortable, don't answer. He treated us with pride, he threw the receipt at my friend, he told us and reluctantly gave us the drinks we ordered, and apart from that when we went to pay he stood still so we could leave him a tip that we shouldn't have, we always leave tips with pleasure, in This case did not deserve tips and nor did it deserve to be left standing and waiting. What makes him so arrogant and arrogant? Don't let him be a waiter, let him be a fighter 🤼. 😂
Mexican fare that is a cut above...the quality, portions and especially the level of flavor are what keep me coming back. I had fish tacos the other night that were positively luscious. And their green salsa is rich, thick and heavenly. Well worth the slightly elevated prices. Definitely not your typical bland americanized Mexican fare.

I love that they they fill up your water for you! Best part of going to any restaurant - i hate when they bring you a pitcher. however as someone who makes their own salsa regularly the food was not my favorite. Portions and price are reasonable though.

It was nice, the food was good, came out fast, we sat outside, it was Friday night. The place had friendly staff. But could have checked on us a couple more times. The drinks were strong, taste.
The tacos were pretty good.
I feel the seating could be set up better outside to feel more open and organized.
But I'm knit picking. Because prices verve everything it's a good sit down spot.
Parking is tricky on the weekend but easy during the week.
Vegetarian options: All taco. Burrito easy to make veggie.
