We visited this restaurant as a party of three, including a one-year-old, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and when we asked if complimentary chips were included, the server said yes—yet we later found out we were charged for them.
We only ordered two meals, three drinks, and the chips (which we did not know were extra), and the bill came to $150. For the type of service we received, this price felt unreasonably high and unjustified.
Overall, the service was poor, the communication was misleading, and the value simply wasn’t there. Definitely not worth the price.

This is the second time that a delivery order never arrived. After 45 minutes, when attempting to call the store to follow up, the line was always busy. We will never order delivery from this restaurant again. Update: The food eventually arrived an hour late, but the order was incorrect.

Food was good. Service was the worst i have ever seen. I have served for 5 years and could never imagine what this server just did here. We ordered on the QR code on the table because they never came to take our order after ~15 minutes after seating us (there is currently 3 tables including us at 7:00 pm). They brought some of our food to us and never brought the drinks or guac we ordered. Then we reminded them we ordered it, they brought our drinks but never the guac. We reminded them again and he came to the table on the phone. Then it still took 15 minutes for the guac to come out. Then he came to the table blaming us for using the QRG code to order on the table when we weren’t told not to. Then had a hard time getting us our bills…some brass balls on this server, honestly I am baffled.
I love this place. They're always so kind and the food is always amazing.

Ceviche it was literally the size 3 spons In la costa brava they give you a whole plate of ceviche for the same price and taste way bette.

This restaurant overall is mediocre. Just came home wet from the rain. WAITED ALMOST 20 MINUTES FOR A CUP OF HORCHATA!!!. Since they didn't check the order on the tablet even though I told the waitress before that long wait I ordered there!!! Been here a few times. Food is pricey for what you get which is small portions in my opinion. Wanted to come home dry but nope! Never coming here again. This is the 2nd restaurant in the past few weeks that didn't check my order though any kind of device of theirs.
