Horrible experience. They will charge you extra on your card. Came in to pick up and they added a tip for themselves. Thankfully I used my credit card so I could dispute it. Food is overpriced and low quality. Never again.

We had beengoing to that restaurant for years but lately its been going down hill. The waitress was good. The food was so sonot as before. When it came to paying they dont disclose if when more then 6 the tips are included. As well when you pay with card its 10 dollar charge. When asked about the charges they didnt explained. We did give the waitress her tip for her service but the manger sent the lady to get her tip. Where does that extra charge go to as it looked like a tip.

I ordered two American hamburgers and they delivered Mexican burgers and I do not eat pork and bit into bacon and ham. They would not give me a refund unless I gave them the food back which is already in the garbage. I am filing all the complaints

This place had been highly recommended to me. The truth is, the food is delicious, the service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, while we were enjoying the food and the service, a shaggy guy came in with his guitar, who apparently knew someone there because he was loudly talking about his drunkenness. Oh really ? Who is interested in knowing about other people's drunkenness while you have lunch? And to top it all off, minutes later he started singing, if he were a good artist, I would be praising him but those were the most horrendous screams I have ever heard in my entire life. If you are going to allow homeless people to come in to "sing" during service hours, let your costumers know so we don't go during that time

I used to be a client of Corrales until today. They took my order wrong. When I open my order I called and adressed it right away and the lady on the phone said the person who took the order didn't write it correctly, I asked for it to be corrected since I already paid for it. She said once the delivery man returned they would fix it. After an hour I had to call to ask if they would correct my order. The person on the phone was and said the delivery person is occupied. I wouldve expect him to say I will receive my order corrected since I already paid for it. I'm upset and won't be buying here again ??♀️
