Incredibly slow even when not busy (Over an hour for delivery). Lady on the phone needs a course on customer service or maybe just hire someone that isn't quite as slow. Didn't want to talk. Didn't care about our order. We never even got our food 😂 So many taco spots in Chicago, make sure this is one you skip.

Y'all can cook y'all tails off in Chicago 🤗 my Fish Burrito 🌯 and Charbroiled Chicken as well as Burger were delicious and full of savoring flavors. I had ordered for to go and it was well packaged. Them delivery/service fees are expensive here in the city, that's my only negative view & I've seen Chicago retrieve soo much taxes outta people which doesn't even make sense.

I ordered the beef quesabirria tacos and they were the best I've had in Chicago, much larger tacos than the restaurant right by my apartment and cheaper too. The woman taking the order was very polite and respectful as well, when I order tacos from now on I will be going to this restaurant instead of the one close by.

The food here is amazing, for sure a 10/10. They do charge for anything other than onion and cilantro on your tacos. Also! The Barria Ramen is so worth the 30 min drive that I take to go there and get it.

10/23/25 - I drove out of my way to get chicken barrio tacos and birria quesadilla. I was so disappointed. The meat and the console dip were both extremely salty. I have never experienced this before from them. If I could have brought it back I would have. I drove out of my way to get this. I won't do it again. Greatly pissed and I needed something else to eat after this epic fail. I don't know if this was just a bad day or if they have fallen off.

Food takes about 45 but do not be fresh. We order the same thing and the price is different every time.
I ordered 3 birria tacos. The menu says $12, but I was charged $16. I asked for an explanation as to why there was a $4 difference, and I was told the price is subject to change. I understand a $1 or $2 difference, but not $4.

I ordered a veggie taco which states in their menu the toppings it comes with. I asked for only three toppings and she charged me for one of the toppings that is supposed to come on the taco. They’re overpriced for mid food and service.

Soooo the chicken tamales are life ❤️❤️❤️ 10/10 I highly recommend! I love how fresh the chicken is each time I order. Did I mention how huge the tamales are. I order the verde tamales haven’t tried the red yet. But also the fresh lemonade is very delicious. Thank you to Los Tacos for sharing this family recipe with us 🙌
