Delicious food! I’ve been a fan of Lotus Banh Mi since my student days at UIC. On a cold winter day, nothing beat their hot and flavorful Pho soup. And in between lectures, I’d often grab a Banh Mi sandwich and iced coffee to go. Hands down, it was the best food on campus. Recently, I was walking through downtown and spotted a new location, they’ve expanded! I’m very happy! The food is still fresh, vibrant, delicious, and affordable. So glad to see them growing!
