Lou Malnati's Pizzeria - North Center/Lincoln Square

thus is the second I have been at Malnati's! I want impressed. it has been years. I'm a Chicagoan and die-hard Giordano's fan. my Interest was awake edby others who like Malnati's so I gave it another try. I enjoyed their butter flavored crust and sauce and the ambiance of of their Lincoln Square location. truly enjoyed!

Lou's is my son's favorite deep dish spot, and we love the Lincoln Square location for its easy parking and the option to preorder, which shortens our wait time. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We always order the Malnati salad, and this time, although we ordered a medium, we were served and charged for a family size. We were told we'd be charged correctly, but that message didn't reach our waitress, who asked mid-meal if we wanted it swapped. Since we had already started eating, we kept it—and got charged for the larger size. The waitress gave us a cookie as a goodwill gesture, but it wasn't necessary. Leftover salad wasn't great, as the mushrooms made it watery. The service was efficient otherwise, but the order mix-up was disappointing. We returned within three weeks, but might wait a bit longer before our next visit.

We had the best waitress, very attentive to my mom and elderly aunts and uncles. They were so impressed by her wonderful service and attention!

Server was great, just took a long time for pizza to come out given the volume of carry out they were doing.

Our server Madison was kind, attentive and on point. Pizza was spot on as always. We really enjoyed the restaurant.

My family & I met for dinner before going to a theatre down the street and Emma did a fantastic job taking care of our table. Emma new we had a time restriction, and she made sure everything was brought to our table on time. The deep-dish pizza was so good! Highly recommend Lou's!

Server was very attentive. Whole staff put on a great show for a guest celebrating birthday. Was a great evening for family and children.

As always the food was amazing, service was great, and I left with plenty of leftovers for tomorrow. This is a must, every time we visit Chicago.

This was our first time at Lou Malnati's pizza. We drove in from out of state for a book talk. The pizza was tremendous. Deep dish crust was unlike anything we'd had before - crispy, buttery, and delicious. I am already looking at how to order the frozen options for mailing to Iowa.

Really horrible experience. Our host provided terrible service; not attentive at all, got our order wrong, Wouldn’t bring our drinks on time. Would not come here again , she needs to be more attentive to customers.

I was wanting to try some Chicago style deep dish. The food here was so good. I ate way more than I normally would have. Couldn't get over how every bite was just an explosion of flavor.
