Came to dine in today with some friends, and I had an amazing time! Emma was our server and she was truly the best! She was friendly, warm, and very speedy at getting those tasty drinks out! If you come dine in at this location, you should absolutely ask for Emma!

Lous is the best large deep dish place im chicago and this location is just as good as any other of their spots.

Out of all the Lou’s I’ve been to, this location is consistently the worst. I used to live in Lincoln Park and their location always prepared my pizza perfectly. This location is so consistent bad that I rarely order Lou’s anymore at all. I always order the pizza well done, and they completely disregard this instruction every time. For almost $50 for a large pizza, this is completely unacceptable. After tonight’s order I will never be ordering from this location again. Save your money and go to the one on wrightwood.

I brought my boyfriend here because he had never had Chicago style deep dish before and he was not disappointed! However, the favorite part of his meal was the tiramisu because it brought him back to his childhood. But he was still blown away by how good the deep dish was, considering he's from New Jersey!!!

How do you end up with two pizzas, each from different places in one night? You order here and pay online only to show up on time and be told it will actually be ready in 10..20…30, we’re actually gonna deliver it to you instead. An hour after I was supposed to be eating pizza I get a text that my delivery driver has cancelled my order. What’s left to do but order from Chicago’s Pizza instead. 25min later i have hot delicious Chicago’s Pizza in hand when my phone rings, my driver is nearby, but he doesn’t know my name or exact address. Guess I’ll get up one last time, didn’t work OT the past two nights or anything. I walk outside to relieve the driver of my room temperature slop, then I walk inside to relieve myself of the room temperate slop and tossed it in the bin. 2hrs and 20min after I ordered.

Mmm that butter crust and excellent service.

There is NO way a deep dish is supposed to look like this - ordered carry out, this was my second time with this issue with very little sauce or cheese on the pizza. Straight bread. And we ordered deep dish. Such a disappointment.
