Very slow service, busy place. I'm sure the food is usually delicious. Unfortunately we are gluten free and it wasn't very tasty due to that. Appreciate the opportunity to have a deep dish pizza.
Very busy restaurant. I understand because I work as a hostess and sometimes the wait times are seriously out of your control, but I will say if you have a reservation on a weekend you may have to wait 15-20 minutes anyways! Overall food and service was very good :)
It often takes a ling time to get seated for a reservation, so keep that in mind when you book. Other than that, the food & service is great.
I love the vibrant energy of the space without it feeling chaotic.
The atmosphere was not overwhelming.
Fallon and Max were great. Pizza was ready, on time and the customer service was appreciated!!

Delicious deepdish. We got personal for 2 which was a nice size. Not too full afterwards

I cannot believe how incredible the service was at this place. I called the same day asking for a reservation for fifteen people and the woman on the phone, her name was Katie, set it up wonderfully. Our waitress was incredible and the food was some of the best I’d ever had! Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend it.

The pizza crust was light and crispy while the toppings tasted incredibly fresh.
I've lived here for 10 years and have tried tons of other deep dish places, but I still think... After all this time and all of these different pizza experiences... That the best deep dish in the city is the Malnati Classic. The sauce and crust are perfection. I prefer this location for consistency!

Customer service was amazing! I will be using their delivery service over DoorDash from now on.
DoorDash cancelled my order even though it was ready…The folks at Lou’s helped sort it out and even gave me the pizza for free.
Thanks Fallon and Sofia and all the managers on staff. They really care about the customer experience and it shows!

The old blonde lady has too much sarcasm, not really nice neither in person or on the phone, rude person to be a waitress
