We ate there when at the Viceroy. It was late and still busy. The front room is super noisy....sit in the main room and not front. I even think they have sound deafen absorbers on the ceiling but it is loud. The service and food was good. The prices were fair but the chicken wings seem expensive....but also the best dish we had. The deep dish was nice. Not a pizza we find sold often. Oh, the garlic bread was crazy good. Not sure why it just tasted great. Solid restaurant. Seems busy all the time so congrats.

Pretty horrible. I’m not a fan of LM’s pizza but I’ll go with folks who like it and it’s usually okay enough. This one was not even close to good (Lincolnwood is the one we go to normally). Our server was nice but the person cleaning the tables dropped the rag, stepped on it, then cleaned our table and another. I know it’ll never be as clean as your own home but that really turned me off. The crust which is the only part of the pizza I love had no flavor. And the atmosphere is really “cheap” for lack of a better word. Like a McDonald’s but pizza. Makes me sad tourists come and think this is the pizza we’re famous for. Go to Giordano’s or Uno & Due. It’s a chain too but better than this mess.

It was just another day strolling through downtown chigaco whit my friends, we were all starting to get hungry and decided to go cop some pizza, once we arrived at the establishment, we were all accused of being racist and they subsequently proceded to attack my friend hitting him with bat, following this I was knocked unconscious, upon waking I was tied up using rope, upon escaping we went back and subsequently ordered a fat slice, however we were given the most appealing pizza every, it was covered in mold, WILL CERTAINLY NOT BE RETURNING

I was excited to try their gluten free deep dish. I ordered it without cheese but with a ton of veggies and extra sauce. Unfortunately the pizza came with extra veggies and no sauce. So it wound up being dry.

This location is next door to our hotel, The Viceroy. We ate here several times while we were in town. This was my first time in Chicago, so I HAD to try the deep dish pizza. I came here for lunch and they weren’t busy at all.I don’t usually eat pizza because it’s not the healthiest choice. They do have a “healthier” option though. The Lou. The Lou has spinach on the bottom, then mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. I ordered the individual. The waiter informed me that the pizzas are made fresh, from scratch, so they take a while to make. He said it may take about half an hour to come out, and suggested I get an appetizer. Well, I wasn’t really hungry, but I went ahead and ordered the individual size house salad, as that was the healthiest option. The salad is huge! It could have fed 3 of us. The salad was not that great. I don’t enjoy the dressing. I probably ate 1/4 of it. That’s why I gave 4 stars for the food. The pizza came out a lot sooner than expected. It was probably 15-20 minutes after ordering. I should have forgone the salad. I’m sure they encourage you to order an appetizer to increase your check. The pizza was very good. I could only eat half of the individual pizza. I actually enjoyed it more later, after it had cooled off a bit, because it was more solid.I had water. The check was about $30. Skip the appetizer (unless you’re really hungry and they’re really busy)There are Lou Malnati’s all over Chicago. Definitely try some while you’re in town. It’s one of the “must haves” while in Chi town!
