@LouMalnatis Puhleeze find a different iphone app provider and greatly improve your customer service. Absolutely unacceptable: denies order stating location closed when it is actually open. Please get a capable app developer. It has been terrible since you rolled out an app. Get real. Hire a real app developer, not a local yocal amateur you know, working out of a basement.

Delicious , Chicago style pizza and the , excellent service , and I was visiting with my wife , and meeting up for a ghost tour that started at the park across the street .

We had a Lou Mainati's Deep Dish Pizza delived for dinner. It was PERFECT! Lots of sausage and peperroni and tons of cheese. The crust was fresh and crispy. I miss being able to get a good Chicago Deep Dish pizza like this. We will be ordering from here again next time I am in Chicago!

1st time ordering from pizza chain. Ordered thin crust 1/2 cheese & 1/2 sausage. Medium pizza was smaller than other pizza places. Family felt that sauce tasted more like a thin spaghetti sauce. Cheese was thin layer some areas see thru other areas not much cheese. Crust seemed more like a crispy cracker. This was a disappointment as it did not even taste like a pizza.

I think Lou Mal's is incredibly overrated, but my family loves it and it's got good deep dish. This location is kind of a mess. It's unclear how to get in and out, and it's just for pickups. The service seemed a little clueless, though they were busy and nice enough. I'll definitely order delivery from here to save the headache.

This review is more for the company’s “policy” than anything else.The employees are friendly and seem to do their jobs just fine.I ordered a large Malnati Chicago classic deepdish. The pizza comes with sausage, but I asked for only half of it with sausage and leave the other half with just cheese.Upon paying, their “policy” made it so I was to be charged an additional $3.80 for extra sausage. I found this a little confusing because the pizza already came with sausage, and I was only asking for half of the usual quantity of sausage, yet I was to be charged an additional $3.80. I spoke with the manager and said there was nothing he could do because it was the company “policy” which was disappointed.Due to principle, I did not pay and unfortunately had to get my pie elsewhere.I hope this policy can change - I doubt I’m the only customer who’s encountered this issue.

Ordered a large deep dish and two sides of Lou’s 1000 Island. Everything was delivered as promised but no 1000 Island which we use as dipping sauce.Called store, manager on duty Sasha went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She credited our bill, sent a voucher for a free pizza and had a driver send out two dressings. Outstanding!Bonus… pizza was delicious!!

Best Deep dish pizza in Chicago! Love the butter crust and my favorite is the sausage - always amazing! And high five to Max for excellent customer service. We are lucky to have this in OIP :)

Get the semi cooked pizza, and finish it at home. And don't forget Lou's salad.

15 minutes late for a take out order….

Waited 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time at curbside. Then employee comes out and said printer didn't print out order and it would be another 15 minutes. I said "no thanks, cancel order" and left.
