Very good pizza just understand prices are high and understandably so. The pizzia is made on the spot to specification. Very good pizza juat expect to pay a premium. Additionally it is important to note there is no sit in area. Pickup order is preferred or order and wait at the desk.

I mean, it’s Lou Malnati’s! Passed through Chicago on our way back from
WI and picked up our online order quickly and easily. Waited 5 hours to have a piece until we were home and able to enjoy it with the family. We got a sausage and a pepperoni pizza. Getting LM pizza is a goal anytime we are remotely near a location.

Awful service at Lou Malnatti’s in Lincoln Square in Chicago, confusing apps. Give customer wrong information when we call.
Worst restaurant in Lincoln Square.

I wanted to order a pizza , but was told I could only use a credit card for delivery !! This is unacceptable and should be rectified !!!!

Occasionally, we treat ourselves to a Lou Malnati's deep-dish pizza. We are always satisfied with the experience. The buttery crust and delicious ingredients make this pizza a special treat for us!

Just ate the best wings of my life - pizza is okay… but the buffalou wings… my god

I ordered a portion of wings to take out, they were supposedly 8 pieces, according to the menu, but when I got home, there were only 7 in the contain.

Put in an order and they canceled my order. They’re closed and nothing we can do about it now. I don’t understand why they would accept an order and then cancel it knowing we wouldn’t be able to call back.

@LouMalnatis Puhleeze find a different iphone app provider and greatly improve your customer service. Absolutely unacceptable: denies order stating location closed when it is actually open. Please get a capable app developer. It has been terrible since you rolled out an app. Get real. Hire a real app developer, not a local yocal amateur you know, working out of a basement.

Delicious , Chicago style pizza and the , excellent service , and I was visiting with my wife , and meeting up for a ghost tour that started at the park across the street .

Recommended dishes: Large Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, Caesar Salad

We had a Lou Mainati's Deep Dish Pizza delived for dinner. It was PERFECT! Lots of sausage and peperroni and tons of cheese. The crust was fresh and crispy. I miss being able to get a good Chicago Deep Dish pizza like this. We will be ordering from here again next time I am in Chicago!
