love lou’s as my deep dish choice. new spot in logan is a great addition to the neighborhood. manager was great on helping my order

I want to give a good review but they have gone downhill fast. Deep dish isn't even deep dish they're supposed to be extra cheese, barely any sauce on it. Says it was delivered it was never delivered, waited over an hour and a half to get my food only for them to forget something or at least the driver didn't deliver it. They keep forgetting to drop off items food arrives cold has not that great of taste the location in Logan Square is just awful. I really wanted to give a good review but every time I order from them it's just such a disappointment. They really need to update their app and their live tracking cuz it does not work at all. To pay over $50 for pizza and have it suck is such a disappointment

Everyone knows Lou Malnati's is crack. This location doesn't disappoint. They have gluten free options. No dine in and give them about 20mins to cook

Besides the pizza being great and top tier, staff member “ T” really went above and beyond in her customer service. Nice person to chat with and gave us great recommendations on what to do around Chicago. Seems to be a great asset to the team.

I work next-door to this place and I just ordered the new Dave hot buffalo ranch chicken pizza and baby. It was everything everything. The lady that was at the front. Thank you for bringing the pizza next-door. I greatly appreciate it and if I could, I’d give you 100 stars out of 10 best pizza I’ve had in a while.

ordered take out. was able to pick it up at the expected time and the pizza was good 👍

They use door dash for delivery so it’s horrible. Remember when delivery meant you ordered and then just answered the door?, it was great. Not with door dash. Now you pay 2-3x the price and get NINE text messages about how they can’t find your house and then you have to get up to go meet them. I’ll starve before I order delivery from here again.
