I live very close to this location but had a disappointing meal there a year ago and haven't returned until tonight. I got the thin crust "Lou" and the new bone-in hot honey wings. Everything was actually really good, I'll probably go back more, hope they can keep the quality up.I do wish they had the full menu at this location, some other locations have more options.

In general food was decent. We like the salad, nice potion, medium size was plenty good for party of 4. Fried calamari was ok, the wings were good. But our deep dish pizza (the Lou with pepperoni) tasted more dough than cheese which was a bit disappointed. Was expecting more cheesy taste.

The pizza took an hour and a half to get here, the driver left it outside on a busy street with no Novus to me. The food is cold.

I have had to wait extra time each of the 4-5 times i’ve ordered from here. The food seems of worse quality than other Lou’s i’ve tried too, unfortunately.

Other reviews were right, this place is a bummer. Tastes like they baked up a frozen pizza for me, I'm still eating it because, ya know, it's still pizza. Location looks very bare bones, very much a Lil Caesars style storefront.

Thin crust pizza was soggy. Deep diah lacked toppings. Not one of my better Lou orders. They are usually pretty good

October 2023! Chicago Marathon Where is best to load up on Carbs well.here we have it! A good friend of ours had recommended this joint for deep dish pizza to us and it happened to be just down the road from our hotel! We wandered in early of a Friday evening and it was very quite! We were seated straight away and given menus by Angela! Angela came for our order shortly after and we ordered the personal deep dish and small deep dish! Angela gave us the heads up that pizza was about 30 mins behind but we didn't mind it's a lovely location! So we got our pizza and I swear since I came back to Ireland I'm still thinking about the pizza It was Amazing! But like a personal would have done between the 2 of us defo! We certainly left some behind & the chips we totally did not need! Angela was the nicest server and so friendly she totally made our visit more enjoyable! All in it worked out at about $49! Plus it was so good we came back on the Sunday night with family Wait was crazy but soooo worth it! Go visit!

Won a gift card at a charity fundraiser, so thought I'd give them another chance. But they don't take gift card on deliveries. So ordering better pizza from somewhere else. smh.

We didn’t like it, “Lou’s special” not enough cheese and flooded with tomatoes toppings and as well under crust runny water. It didn’t meet our expectation's, but anyway people have different taste bud.

So upset order on New Years Eve pizza was cold despite they said if I had uncut pizza it will reserve the taste etc of pizza which wasn't so has cheese was hard and pizza was cold. Was planning on having a great meal to close out the year by not cooking and wished I had cooked.

Stay away. Went at a random time on a weekday after arriving in Chicago for our first visit here. Was told 40 minutes for a wait, 2 hours later we were at a table. The hostess told us we couldn’t pre-order, another hostess told us we could so we did hoping it would save some time. No time saved. They don’t put your order in until you sit at table anyway. Pizza was not hot, not deep dish (except the crust) so disappointing for a first meal in Chicago. Encountered some very rude staff as well. Go anywhere else for deep dish pizza.

After struggling with the app to load & no place to enter gift card information via their website I was sort of given the run-around by a location near me when I called for help. They said I 1) need to use the gift card info in person (I have mobility issues, so not likely to happen) & 2) was out of their zone & had to order delivery from a location that was 2x the distance away from me proximity-wise...which didn't make any sense.I called this Logan sq location as a last ditch effort & they took care of my order over the phone without confusion as to why I was calling in with a gift card order--& all in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Brandon, we were just about to regret purchasing the gift cards & warn others against it.
