Tipped the karaoke machine operator $10, waited for our song for over two hours, walked out the door never having had a chance to sing, while the same person performed twice while we were waiting. What a shady practice. Will never come back nor recommend to a friend.

Beware that if you tip, there’s already an automatic 20% gratuity charge, even on cash transactions. I have never experienced this before, so I’m sure others will not know about this. I tipped the KJ too but even after spending 4 hours here, my song never came up.

Paid $11.80 for a modelo. Karaoke jockey takes bribes and won’t play your song unless you bribe him. Waited TWO hours for one song and others went 3+ times by paying him off. Sipped my overpriced beer and never got to sing. DO NOT recommend this spot. Plenty of other great vibes in Wicker.

visited from new york and had the best time! the crowd was hype and the bartender nicole was so sweet! if you’re lucky you might hear her and her husband, who are both trained opera singers and are an amazing talent in the middle of an already amazing karaaoke!
They have popcorn so I added 5 stars for food since our buckets were never empty. They have a diverse drink selection🖤 The drinks and vibes are on point. The whole staff gets into the fun and adds to the vibe. Was there on a Saturday night so be prepared to WAIT for your song to come up (like 2 hrs). There were ppl of all ages and the songs selected were from a good range of bangers. I don’t sing, but in this place you can belt out as audience chorus 😉

Female bartender couldn’t figure out how to close my tab. She refused to give me my credit card back. Now several weeks out I notice she charged my card multiple times for same purchase due to her ineptitude and I had to dispute with credit card company. She was also incredibly rude and threatening.

So much fun. Small bar with great bar staff and fantastic atmosphere. Get there early if you care about holding the microphone. Fun all evening, but after about 10pm it gets really packed - elbow to elbow. Loud and full of people dancing and singing. If that's your kind of karaoke, it's the best spot in Chicago.
