The staff was unpleasant. We arrived almost 45mins before closing time , attempted to order our food to go and only asked that we be allowed to eat it in the restaurant with the other 25 patrons still there eating because we were starving and they refused to service us. The attitude was dismissive and not accommodating at all. This was so disappointing.. And we sought the manager hoping she’d be more pleasant, she was even more unrelenting and rude…
We will not return.

Customer service was none existent. Food was cooked perfectly, but seasoned a little too salty. Won’t recommend.

Some of the best seafood I’ve had by far. I would suggest eating at the bar, which is an automatic 18% gratuity but definitely worth it. You’re going to want the whole experience if it’s your first time. The bibs and plastic gloves will save you! Great venue for a date or a casual get out with family. The food is plentiful- I ordered the double double and added garlic noodles and crawfish. They ask if you want everything in the bag (do it.). Cornbread looks different but definitely delicious. Dinner for 2 and still enough for both of us to have seconds. Caution: flavors may all have a slight spice/heat. I would recommend mentioning up front if you’re looking for very-low to no spiciness. I Will definitely be making this place a regular stop. They do valet but it’s was suggested by staff that utilizing Uber/Lyft will be more convenient, and you will avoid issues with capacity.

Super tasty seafood boil. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. Personally it seemed a bit pricey, especially when we have been to seafood boil places that gave more food for cheaper

The sauces were too salty, overpowered the dishes. We told them we couldn’t eat, so was nice to remake for us. They brought out 2 dishes they were completely different. So they tried to remake 3rd time…. I gave up and asked for refund. My other 2 friends took a chance and food was salty, and peppery. First time doing broil, definitely an experience to remember

King Crab legs are tiny. They look like snow crab legs. Costs $100+ after tax for a cluster. Very overpriced. Would not recommend.

Feels kind of like fast-food crab/shrimp bowl. It was a little jarring eating out of a plastic bag. The garlic shrimp was good. Little bit too garlicy, but it was good. It's best to eat it all there because if you take it home, it most definitely leave behind a lingering smell in your fridge and garbage can, and Tupperware.

I'm a fan! Came here on a Saturday night and was seated very quickly (no reservations needed.) You have to place your order at the register, and I was glad to see they have several options for people who don't want a seafood bag. I went with the popcorn chicken and fries and enjoyed it.

The portions are massive and their lemonade drinks are very legit. Even tho they have a bar, I stuck with my strawberry lemonade for this trip.

The price isn't the cheapest, so if you're going for the seafood bag and a drink, expect to drop close to $50 a person. That said I enjoyed everything I tried and would go again

I 10/10 would not recommend this place. My crabs literally had no meat to the point where I decided to record this video. $160 on crab legs #1 is crazy, but then to sell a product that doesn't have meat. I'm just visiting from GA but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you've heard of juicy crab, this is a knock off. A bad one. The sauce is lacking salt.
