The food was good. Had to wait a 5 minutes or so before someone came to seat us. Being seated is kind of pointless because you have to go to the counter to order your food. If you want alcohol you have to go to the bar. Theres no fountain drinks, its sold by cans. I ordered the build your own bag with crawfish, lobster tail, potatoes and sausage. Instead of the lobster tail I received mussels instead. I had already walked around the place long enough I didn't care to go get...
First time visiting here while visiting Chicago. The atmosphere had a nice vibe to it. There was not much customer service. No one greeted us, and the guy seating people just waved us over to a table and told us when ready to order to go to the counter and order. There was no more customer service. My dad and I both got the lobster combo which they did give a lot. The crab legs were okay but not cooked good were the meat just slides out easily. Overall besides customer service...
Went there Christmas day because they were open. Online it said no wait for a table, which was true, but there was an hour wait for food. The fried foods were ok. I don't understand seafood boils.....the food is all under seasoned, over cooked, and gets on your hands and stays there for days no matter what. It was very loud.
