Had my daughter’s tenth birthday party here and cannot say enough nice things about my experience. From Caitlin who helped me book, to everyone at this location, the staff was so helpful and went above and beyond. I was feeling super stressed when I arrived because we had some last minute add ons but I did not need to be stressed. Staff made sure everyone had a great experience. The space is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend hosting your event here. The gaming side is huge! So much fun to be had.
Great place for a kids party. Great bowling, good food and drinks. Drinks are pricey. Great game room.
One of the best bowling ally’s in Chicago if your looking for a nice pricey place. Great aesthetic and has 2 billiards table, ping pong, arcade section and bar. Great view of the cubs stadium
VR headsets are broken. If you swipe, it takes the credit but then doesn’t work. Waste of time.
Great service and atmosphere..
Great atmosphere here every time I go. A great employee named Malik helped out last time and kept the party going in our groups time. Thanks so much!!
Bar tender was rude and distasteful
Did y’all see the prices? Dude I just wanted to hang w my friends and have a great night. We had to schedule something at a reasonable bowling alley. This crazy, we in a recession!
I went to this location 1 hour and 15 minutes before a cubs game and still managed to not get a drink the entire time. Our “server” (a short muscular man) was extremely rude and not answering any questions and then proceed to complete ignore and avoid our table. The managers were nice following, but overall I was very disappointment with the service
Fun place to hangout with friends. Pool tables are only $15 an hour.

Awesome night in Wrigley Field, Jo the bartender was awesome. Jo mixes drinks like nobody else. First time here, but definitely not the last
The service tonight was distasteful me and my friends only wanted to celebrate a birthday and finish our bowling game but it was shut off before we could finish when in fact our immediate time was interrupted by 15 mins because they couldn’t add the correct amount of people on the scream so we could play. My friend had to ask another employee to redo the names he had to come and write them down taking time from our game. The fact that there was no compensation for us not being able to finish our game when the error was not our fault is ridiculous and I will not be recommending anyone to come here. Nor does it make sense for the employee at the desk for the bowling games to say people are accepted up until 10:30 when you’re going to cut them off at 11:00 giving them 30 mins to play a game that in fact takes longer unless you’re expecting people to rush their game when they spent their hard earn money that makes no sense.
Staff can be pretty rude, asked for one beer from the menu and the bartender said, they’re out. I didn’t mind and ask for another one and he said we’re out of that as well. I said okay, what kind of beer do you have. He had an attitude with me and just walked away without taking my order…
it’s too crowded, pretty difficult to ever get a lane
sometimes you show up and there’s a birthday party there and you’re definitely not getting a lane
We bring our kids here, and they love it. It's definitely a money suck so this ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating is more from my wallet than the enjoyment had by free loading minors. We usually start with $30 for 90 credits plays and the kids run out in about a hour. We often have to buy more and it is not worth the money to me but again, the kids love it!
They have bowling lanes, but my family is too serious about bowling to use these non- oiled lanes
The oddest thing was the advertised $6 beer that my sister was charged $9 for after paying cash. She paid with a $20 bill and was handed $11 back. After questioning the price, she was told $2 was tax and the other dollar was a mistake. She kindly said that $1 was his tip... not sure if this was a Bartender without math skills or a regular scam but watch your change!
We had a large group and went after a game at Wrigley. We were able to find seating in the bar area but had to split up which was no big deal. You could order from the QR code on the menu which was nice since my kids sat at the other table.
