The pizza's good when it's hot out of the oven. That's about the ONLY food item on their FALSE menu with some taste. Unreasonable prices for bad food. The homely looking women who work there can't cook, don't get along and are not customer focused, so service is absolutely poor, unkind and will never be up to par with the current staff. Dirty inside and outside so not a very welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn't trust this place past the slices of pizza that they're known for.

I live 5 blocks away. Took 3hrs to get order. The driver claimed he was ALMOST robbed. He accidently gave away my order. A new order was sent which Fries hard naked tacos, gyroburger and regular burger were dry as hell. NEVER again.
I give them one star because the customer service is very bad they rude and don't know how to communicate. The driver was a cracked head delivering my food they just hire anybody I ordered cheese sticks and fries and I asked for extra sauce on my fries and when I saw my fries it was one little scoop of sauce I said ain't no damn way my fries were dry I didn't even eat them I gave them to my sister they want all this money and have THE WORST Costumer service they act like they don't want to work there it's sad honestly they need to get it together if yall want yall food to be done correctly go in the store !

I placed an online order via slice with Luigi’s Pizza. I ordered a pizza that could feed 6-7 people and a Caesar salad… the menu said that the Caesar salad would come with romaine lettuce… I got the salad and by the time I got home and opened it was garden salad lettuce and the chicken was unbearably SALTY!!! I had to go to work and couldn’t go back so I called to let Luigi’s and slice know that I couldn’t eat the salad because of its saltiness.. they sad that’s all they had (but never let me know that previously) and that they wasn’t going to take it back or refund me any money…the pizza wasn’t good either
