Service was bad, I went in, and I ordered and handed the man my credit card hand to hand, and he threw my card on the counter just rude.

This place was horrible. I heard that this place had good breaded steak sandwhich and I was very disappointed. I stopped in last night to grab a meal. The Dr pepper was flat, the fries had no salt, and I couldn't finish the sandwhich. Greasy and wet was the meat. Like a foam consistency. What little sauce there was tasted like it came from a can. The sweet peppers were soggy. all around bad experience.

Underwhelming. We got beefs. They were warm, I like steam coming out of my food when I get it. The taste was ehhh not enough salt or seasonings. My sweet peppers
tasted old and soggy. One thing that was good was that the fries were fresh.

terrible place, an employee scratched my car, to which the manager and owner of the restaurant said they would file a claim with their insurance company, and contact me to fix my scratched hood, took photos of the damage, took my contacts and disappeared, good customer service

To start over priced, not enough fries and the burger was burnt, for 15 dollars I should have gone somewhere else. No public restroom to wash your hands at least I would give it 0 stars and wouldn't recommend. And unfortunately recommended to me. I should have gone to Frannies in schiller park or poor boy broadview or wendys down the street.

The place is decent. However, the staff doesn't pay attention and makes wrong orders, even when they are without clients.

I mistook this business for a different restaurant “Luke’s Italian Beef” that had been recommended by a friend from Chicago. I’ll label it a “happy accident”, as the beef sandwich was very tasty and filling. Just a simple place with good food.

Please fix your online ordering, I can never add cheese to my hamburger. Then there are other items like soup that you guys sell that I can't even add to my order online.

To say I was sadly disappointed with the raw and unsalted fries is quite the understatement. Drove out of my way to be bummed. Oh well. I tried.

Usually just go through the drive thru. So inside atmosphere is not really on review here. The Italian beefs may taste decent, but you get more bread than meat and even when you ask for it extra juicy they skimp on that too. Don't expect a good beef as you will eat a very dry and mostly bread sandwich. Mozzarella sticks are meh and def frozen, not fresh and for 1$ per stick that is ridiculous. Chili was alright, not worth the price though. I DEFINITELY will not return until they bring quality back up(which I understand will probably be never). They want to charge 2x as much and give you half as much food. Shameful that a family owned businesses want to follow big corporations lead on how to ruin good food.
