Great spot for weeknight dinner! We started with the sweet and sour onion focaccia which was both thick and light. We split the pasta yiayia and the roast chicken, both were delicious and the flavors worked well together. Service was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Food was average to good depending on plate. The service was bad. Our waiter didn’t check in on us at all after the food was delivered. 20% gratuity was automatic. As a former waiter myself when I was a lot younger, this was surprising. We had to ask a different staff member for the check and a box when we finished eating. We actually waited for about 10 min as well after we finished before asking for the check. When we got the check, our server didn’t come back for a while ….we waited another 10 minutes and finally asked another employee to run our card. End of the day cleaning and other tables took priority over our table. Not going back. Have been here 3 times, 2 of the 3 experiences have been subpar unfortunately. Interior Design and Vibe is good, but you may overpay for what you get and feel disappointed when you leave unfortunately.

I had an amazing time at Lula cafe-- the pasta was well seasoned and of very good texture, but unfortunately my experience was tainted by a few caucasian people who assumed that I was there to serve them. As an Asian American woman, I was flagged down not once, but twice, on the way to the restroom, to bring checks or to-go containers for them. I do not believe that my attire could have caused any confusion on my status as a patron of this restaurant. I didn't want to appear rude so I ignored them, but that ruined my own expeience as a patron of the restaurant.
There are times in life when you feel like you’ve had the best that life has to offer, and this one of those times! The breakfast burrito here is the best you might ever have and the trout scramble did not disappoint!
Highly recommended making this a stop for your next brunch!

We've come to Lula a few times and the food is always outstanding. Today was no exception but our server, Natalie, deserves a shoutout. We came with our three month old daughter, who started to fuss and cry right as our food came out. I was ready to pack my food up to go and take her home when Natalie very kindly offered to walk her back and forth in her stroller. She did that for a few minutes and managed to get her to fall asleep, and then kept at it a while longer until one of us could take over. It was such a sweet gesture and we really appreciated being able to finish our meal and not have to hustle home with a fussy baby. It's no wonder Lula gets awards for its hospitality. Thanks Natalie!

I’ve tasted flavors at Lula that I’ve never tasted in my life. The food is so high quality and so properly thought out. Every flavor compliments each other. I want to kiss the chef on the forehead because the flavors and experience I’ve had at Lula is unlike any other restaurant.
I’ve been here for two farm dinners and I can’t wait to keep coming back for more.
