Great staff! We were greeted at the door and helped right away with our online pickup order. It's a huge store with two levels and all the choices in clothing, shoes, jackets, etc you could possibly imagine. We definitely plan on being regular customers :)

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! These people do NOT know what they’re doing. I’m not sure if it’s a scheme to save money to meet their goals, but they have done it TWICE. I’ve spoken to customer service before coming in and was told that I needed an ID to make a return without a receipt. It even says it on their website. I’ve come in BOTH times and was refused even WITH a receipt and proof of purchase but because the scanner wasn’t working, the refused and they stated they’ve never heard of this “ID” method. I went to another location and they helped me NO QUESTIONS ASKED. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

My wife's favorite store, enough said. Everyone was polite as we came in and although my kids were being a bit hectic they still greeted us with smiles. I liked the atmosphere and the clothes felt of good quality. But having the right staff really makes the difference.

I had called about placing an online-pickup order for the “strawberry milkshake” cropped define jacket. It was sold out in every Lululemon location near my house. I was looking for a specific size so I had called just to double check on availability. The girl over the phone (I forgot her name) was very sweet and helpful. She advised me that there were a few left in my size. She also answered my questions and concerns in relation to it being in the city. She stated that Lincoln Park is a safe area and that there is a parking garage leading you directly into the store. Overall it was a great experience thanks to the amazing customer service. I will definitely return in the future.
