This place was selected as a surprise bday dinner for a friend. The atmosphere is very nice. Food was plated well. Very good service. [Downside we took our friend's 13 year old and didn't look ahead at the menu. There was no "children's menu"... fortunately she has a big appetite].

This was a wonderful experience! Richard our server was charming and helpful. Menu is extensive on the fish side which I loved.
We tried several rolls. Sashimi and the Asian Snapper. Everything was amazing. The wine list is also impressive, don’t forget the sake! The decor was really inviting and seating comfortable.
We will definitely be back.

Lure was a block from my hotel downtown Chicago. The service and food exceeded my expectations. The snapper was amazing and the bread pudding was truly delightful.

Went there just for a few drinks at the bar. The bartender wasn’t very pleasant and looked bored and distracted. It was very quiet during happy hour. Would go back to try the fish dishes.

Over hyped. Seafood in the midwest continues to disappoint
If I could leave a lower star rating for service I would. Traveling and sat down at the bar. Asked for a high end bourbon and was greeted with “$60”. I asked if they tell everyone that or if he chose to just tell me that and his response of “I’m the asshole on the hook when people see the price and don’t like it” made me pay and leave. Too bad, the menu looked great and I had no limit on my expense for the evening. Wouldn’t go back if I was paid to.

We checked into the hotel this evening and my husband wanted to get two drinks for us in the room. We didn't want to enjoy them at the bar because we had our daughter upstairs in bed with an upset stomach. The bartender poured, but his boss said the drinks weren't allowed to leave the bar because the restaurant had nothing to do with the hotel. Even if in-room dining comes from this very restaurant? We have traveled a lot and not the first time in a 21C hotel. We regularly get a drink from the bar in our room. But this 4-star hotel shouldn't have its own bar? What is that supposed to mean???
Absolutely Horrible Staff. I ordered a non alcoholic beverage, i have major health issues that could worsen if i had alcohol. I confirmed with staff twice if it’s non alcoholic when i ordered and he confirmed. But when the drink came in, i tasted the alcohol immediately. When i asked the waitstaff why does it taste like alcohol, he very carelessly responded “oh the bartender must have made the alcoholic version”. No apology, no remorse, it was a joke to them. I’ve never seen such a reckless waitstaff. I’m sure the manager or anyone at the restaurant is not going to do anything about it. I will be filing an official complaint to the City of Chicago.

Service was fantastic, and we loved the atmosphere. Food was ok. Appetizers were very tasty and I would definitely recommend the deviled eggs with Caviar. The main course meals were delicious as well, especially the Branzino St. Tropez. What I can say to skip is the sushi. It was very disappointing, especially for a place that should be spectacular with fish. Drinks were good too. The ambiance and atmosphere were lovely.

My friends and I came here for happy hour over the weekends and were sat at the table. I would say this would be among the lower tier of happy hour in chicago with the highlight being that it’s offered on a weekend. We tried all the happy hour menu and my favorite were the house roll, kenai roll, shrimp po’boy, and my friends enjoyed the oysters. The service was not great, at times we struggled to find our waiter and get our order in. Hopefully it’s just one off instance.
