M Burger

I know customer service is lacking nowadays but wow… this is a whole new level of bad.

Cashier wouldn’t even take my order, just shooed me away. I guess no burger for me?

Worst experience ever on 10/24/24 around 10am or so. Don’t waste your money. We got to the airport did the security check , went to the bathroom so I thought we would have time to get breakfast since our flight wasn’t leaving till like 11:06am. It didn’t seem like it was too busy so I ordered on the kiosk. Turns out our flight was trying to leave earlier so they called my family and I on the intercom. They were just waiting for us! I waited like 30 min or or more for our food. They finally called me for my food but they said they ran out of one of my orders and asked if I wanted something else I said no I have to go can I just get my money back for that. They said there will be a few more min wait I just told them I have to go my flight is leaving. So I left. I rather take a loss on one of the meals than loose my flight. In the plane I noticed my kids chicken tenders were missing! Instead they gave us tator tots !!! Waste of money! I wasted about $70 everything is like $15 and up except the tator tots I did order a side of some and it was cheaper. Never going here again . The food isn’t even good. The egg sandwich with the sauce was horrible and they make it messy. They should replace the cooks or get more cooks. Or they should just replace the restaurant for a better one..

The food was average, but what really got to me was the fact that a burger, fries, and a drink costs $27 bucks and they REFUSE REFILLS !!!Are you KIDDING ME !!?? TWENTY SEVEN BUCKS AND NO REFILLS !!!
THEY'LL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY !!!!

The worst service ever encountered straight rude

"Veggie burger" is a Morningstar farms hockey puck. They used to have an impossible burger. Don't waste your money, my veggie friends.

No Napkins! No Ketcup! And had the AUDACITY to tell me I had to pay for sauce since they didn't have any Ketchup! Delivery is EVERYTHING!!! Do better with your customer service.

No one in line still took 10 minutes, ok they must be cooking the burger, wrong! It was cold, dried up cheese, soggy cold fries. Do not waste your money!

Terrible prices. Menu includes states all burgers include fries. Server would not include fries. Better off with the airline pretzels.

Disgusting soggy egg and cheese for $20. Only 2 ingredients on bread but workers were dazed and confused. As a result, I waited a long time and wasted a lot of money. I should have read the other crappy reviews.

Good tater tots! The breakfast sandwich looked a little sad…the sausage patty was half the size of the hamburger bun.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped here before my flight. The line was backed up and it appeared that there was a ton of miscommunication between employees. My order took 30 min and witnessed employees fighting and bickering. I finally got my food and it was gross. The manager stepped in finally, but Burger was undercooked and the whole situation left a horrible taste in my mouth.
