Macs & Stacks - Dearborn Station

Ordered the OGC through UBER. The sandwich was supposed to come with soup. When I received my order it was missing the soup. I called the restaurant since it was no fault if UBER, and was told there was nothing they could do. They forget part of the order and expect UBER to handle their mistake, which they will not do. The other option was for me to go pickup what they forgot. The entire reason I ordered is because I have no way to get there. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered popper tots for $15 and only got regular tots with no macaroni or any cheese toppings. And the bacon hamma jamma was soggy and had no jam.

Knocked down 2 stars because I ordered delivery and received the wrong grilled cheese ? I was so excited for the Bacon Hamma Jamma but instead received the Patty’s Melt. The beef was over cooked, dry, and burnt, too many onions. No sauce in sight in the sandwich to help offset things either. Overall, not a great experience but will try again in future because I believe the potential is there. Hope to get the correct grilled cheese next time.

The food and drinks were awesome but…i don’t recommend going here before game day if you are in any kind of hurry!! Omg… the MANAGER DID NOTHING to help his staff out… the gals here including the bartender were hustling like crazy and this guy would come out periodically to interrupt their service to us to chat with them instead of help them which is what they needed… not his interrupting chatter!
