Horrible experience tres leches cake was dry and not tres leches cake

I recently bought a cake for my son. I ordered a tres leches cake. It's not the first time they've done it to me they told me in order for it to be wet and needed to be in the tray so I ordered it in a tray and it is still with the same results and I bought two tres leches slices I was told it was going to come out the same way. I called to complain and nobody answers

Bread is becoming very expcoaches. I do not understand how they charge full price on the mini conchas. They should post the prices on the bread instead of them charging whatever they want.

Appreciate they were able to make a custom cake for my mom's birthday on the same day. My husband called last minute. Everywhere else was a 24-48hr notice. However, the baker consider it and he made the cake for later that day. It was delicious, a yellow with banana cream filling cake! Thank you!
