The sole ingredient was amazing. We had a professional Realestate event and Miss Lorene showed up and showed out. We had a variety of delicious fresh fruit called a fruit splash. We had shrimp and grits. The Chicago Ensemble, a classical music chamber group has used The Sole Ingredient to cater our pre-concert receptions. Lovely platters of delicious food set just the right tone. I highly recommend them. Chef Lorene is so easy to work with also.
