Main Dish Special Events & Catering

The sole ingredient was amazing. We had a professional Realestate event and Miss Lorene showed up and showed out. We had a variety of delicious fresh fruit called a fruit splash. We had shrimp and grits. We had delicious scrambled eggs with jalapeños and cheese and we had some flame for those who don’t like cheese and we had fresh delicious well cooked bacon and we had mimosas. It was fantastic. Everyone came in and just commented on how professional it looks, and how delicious the food was outstanding. I would absolutely use them again and again.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a wife appreciation dinner !! (5/8/2022) I was looking for a personal chef to come into our home and cook a surf and turf main course meal . After doing some research and reading reviews I settled on Chef Lorene of The Sole Ingredient Corporate Catering LLC. She called to gain information on the idea I had for my wife and I and she offered suggestions based on her experience in order to prepare a precise menu . She didn’t disappoint!!! She was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE TIME SHE ENTERED OUR HOME TO THE TIME SHE LEFT !! We definitely recommend her and her team to provide your in home Chef experience!! She’s truly a professional and we’ll use her again !! I’ve attached some pictures as well

The Chicago Ensemble, a classical music chamber group has used The Sole Ingredient to cater our pre-concert receptions. Lovely platters of delicious food set just the right tone. I highly recommend them. Chef Lorene is so easy to work with also.
