Mama! Is lucky that the pizza we ordered was good 💯 But they failed big time on service 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery was unacceptable! Most is a 10 minutes away. Pizza came in luke warm. 2nd phone operator wrote down wrong address, was off by 10 block's. I will give him a second chance, food was good 👍

Another pizza spot I ordered from for the first time. Did not disappoint. The taste was there. Cheesy, good sauce, and a nice crisp on the crust. Accidentally chose my toppings for just the left side lol but it’s okay. The pizza was pretty good, will order from here again for sure!

The 5 stars are for ADDISON LOCATION ONLY. Went to Fullerton my whole life LOYALLY for almost 30 years but a few years ago I walked away for good. Ridiculous wait times and sub-par customer service. But Mama Luna's thin crust pizza recipe is unmatched. That's why I make the drive to Addison. Because no one else does it better. The sauce is just the right amount sweet. Just a perfect pizza. I hope Addison never closes because that's the only thing keeping me a customer. I hope someone can notify the owner because these 2 locations are like night & day. Clean up Fullerton and you could get rid of all these negative reviews on yelp and google!

We ordered from the Mama Luna’s Fullerton Ave location for an office lunch and got the Football Pizza (thin-crust sausage). Absolutely phenomenal! True Chicago tavern style: thin, crispy crust, loads of cheese, excellent sauce, and the sausage was perfect. Honestly, one of the best thin-crust pizzas I’ve had in years.
I would’ve taken pictures, but all you’d see is an empty box because we devoured it. Thank you, Sal, for the great pizza. You’ve got a new group of fans here!

Sold me a megaball with pineapple when I didnt ask for it and when I call back they dint answer. They've been ignoring my calls for 2 days.
Bad service, second time ordering from this place and they always mess up my order. Place an order over the phone the lady told me it will be ready in an hour arrive to pick up my order an hour and half later still not ready, when I received my order 20 minutes after arriving my order was messed up.

I've always had a great experience with Mama Lunas, but today's pizza was a letdown. The entire thing tasted like cardboard, and the entire bottom of the crust was soggy and stuck to the box. I'm not sure what went wrong, as their pizzas are usually delivered hot and have a crispy crust. I'm hoping this was just an off day.
