Pizza is not the same. The pizza sauce or the dough is not good like before. I used to buy three football pizza's but, now i can barely even buy a box of pizza. I hope they fix the sauce or that dough.

Don’t get me wrong I love mama luna’s but I just had the worst service on the phone trying to place a delivery order from the
fullerton location. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She smacked her lips and whispered oh my god under her breath because I was asking questions, completely terrible.

Customer service the worst!!! I know Chicago has the worst reputation, but at least be friendly on the phone!!!

I like breakfast lunch and dinner
I like their pizza but they just refused to honor the coupons from the pizza box and the person on the phone was super rude. I asked to speak to the manager to get more information as to why they wouldn't let me redeem the coupons and they hung up on me. Never ordering from here again.

This place should be shot down bad service I order a supreme pizza and they gave a whole different pizza mind you I’ve already waited 30 minutes and dude over the phone was a like he couldn’t hear and telling me it’s going to be 35 minutes wait and they will deliver it and return the other one back they are a Joke !

Ordered for delivery yesterday, Paying 62 dollars for delivery for a large pizza, btw was the only good thing. Mediocre pasta tasted bland asf and the onion rings were literally black. Didn’t know the prices went up so much usually spend about 45 bucks. If your going to make it more expensive stop giving out burnt items!!!!

Ordered on New Year’s Eve at 8pm. They said they were busy and it would be 2 hours. No problem. Understandable. But they stopped answering the phone at 10pm and my food never came. I was on hold for over 25 minutes and no one ever answered. This is how you treat life long customers?
