The young lady that answers the phone is very rude at the Fullerton location and get complaints from the same girl I'm operations manager at nonprofit and we always order over $200 worth of pizza almost every week for our youth and power groups, and they usually know who we are and don't charge us tax with our tax form I noticed a few times Were charged so she answered the phone. I was very polite and let her know I'd like to place an order but I have a question. I've noticed that we were getting charged tax and then she immediately interrupted me and said well I can't do nothing about that. I said that's not my question you didn't let me finish. She said well I am not listening to the rest of your Order and I'm just letting you know that we are tax except for profit can you not charge tax? Nothing to do with that I said can I speak to your manager now please she said nope there's no manager here. I said when will there be she said nobody's coming in today no managers are here so I said OK. Can you continue with my order with Tax exempt I'm not taking your order. I had another staff member call. She did not pick up the phone and let it ring because she noticed the number that's how we are applied or tax exempt cell phone, unknown number and gave my staff member a complete attitude this Addison Said they already know we were talking about. Hopefully she gets fired because they lost our business.

Stopped in to order slices for takeout but I had no luck. Entered they the front and was told to go thru the back to take out. When i went around back I was told they don't do slices despite it being on their menu and that I should go across the street for that (they may have meant in front). The place doesn't look particularly inviting to begjn with but this experience will make sure I never return.

this pizza is soo good!! love it!! I've noticed though when I've called the Fullerton location, the service is terrible!! They are so rude on the phone!! Just TERRIBLE AND SO RUDE!!

Don't waste your $$$! Dissatisfied 200% from the dough to the sausage the cheese etc overall disgusting pizza wasn't cooked or cut. Mama Luna's fell off it's not the same. When I called to complain & a refund they said I need to call GrubHub since it's the third party who deliver the pizza but they're the ones that cooked it UNREAL

The absolute worse place to eat. We found a FULL size cockroach on the floor that was alive. The manager insisted we still pay our bill or she would file a police report. Regardless of the money, this was an unsafe environment to eat in. The manager even stated, “We had this problem two months ago and thought we had figured it all out.” My family and I have eaten Mama Luna’s pizza for the past twenty years. I am so saddened to say WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

Expensive pizza place for just your average pizza. I only ordered from here because it’s Easter and it’s the closest pizza restaurant that was opened close by. I ordered pretty basic stuff and came out to almost $70. After I ordered and waited almost an hour I get a call from what sounded like a 16year old girl laughing and giggling asking if I’m going to leave a tip on the card????? How extremely unprofessional and ignorant.I myself work in the service industry and extremely embarrassed that someone would even think it’s appropriate to ask that as I was going to give a cash tip. I don’t understand why they would call me for this, does it mean the amount of tip would make my food get to me faster? I just don’t understand how anyone in charge of a business would think that’s ok to ask.Update: Food was cold, they messed up my order and the Italian beef was gross.
Worst pizza place ever, they need to take a class of customer service. They don’t know how to treat customers, ratchet girls taking calls. Pizza tastes like that frozen one, no flavor at all, I went in and saw a worker picking his nose and then packing up a pizza, when I told the girl in the front she started laughing and asked if I wanted it or not then. ,DO NOT EAT from this nasty place.

I’ve been eating from this place for awhile never had any problems until last night. The manager of the night shift was very rude and not professional at all. I guess because it’s a pizza place. They completely messed up my whole order and she knew it and still said it wasn’t anything she could do. Not even allow me to speak to the owner
