Got a bagel with cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese for the price of $5.38 it’s very disappointing. This is about the 3rd time I’ve been in and every time I feel unsatisfied especially for the prices of everything.

Disappointed on the bagel today. It was presented with having a reasonable amount of cream cheese but what we got was a very thin layer. When asked if I could have a bit more, I was told it would be an extra $2 on a $8 bagel already. Drinks were not worth the $7s for a small. There are definitely other coffee shops in the are by far better.

Extremely expensive and not great quality food. I understand rent on 18th street may be higher but $9 for a latte and $13 for a croissant sandwich with barely any bacon on it is insane.

Quite expensive for two coffees. Spent almost $16 and had to wait forever. They coffee also felt a bit watered down.

The service was unbelievable slow there was no one in front of behind me for a good 10 minutes and it took like 15 minutes for a undercooked bagel and a large matcha latte with over half of it filled with ice. I recommend to ask for. I ice or light ice to avoid this but this being my first time was bad. Also I got an everything bagel with cream cheese and somehow the middle of the bagel was squishy and looked and tasted like raw dough

Great coffee, sweet owners and nice ambiance. Coffee is priced similar to any good coffee house. The Cortado was a nice nutty flavour.

They don't have half & half or cream for coffee. They offer Coffee Mate as their to go creamer. Cool for a country gas station but not a highly rated coffee shop. Wild. Nice friendly staff but doesn't make up for the bad coffee experience.

Got the iced latte with coconut flavor and I will be back to try the other flavors. This is a fantastic coffee. It’s on the pricier side, but I’ve had worse and kore expensive from Starbucks.

I don’t leave reviews ever but this place has the best coffee I’ve had in a loooooong time. Got a lavender latte and it’s the freshest and smoothest coffee. Also owner is really nice and there’s games inside. Please come here it’s super good

A place very dear to my heart. As soon as I first arrived in Chicago, this place proved to be warm, friendly, cozy and always welcoming. The staff is always nice and the coffee is always top-notch. Recommended!

Went for coffee elsewhere but it was closed so came here for the first time. Cute and clean inside. Ordered hot chocolate with oatmilk, mandala coffee, chocolate muffin, guava cheese puff pastry. SO GOOD!

Too expensive for the multiple options you have in Pilsen, they have prices as high as Starbuck downtown. And the service is too slow, not at all efficient if you compare it to the other coffee shops in the area.
