Trust me I'm not getting paid to say this, but maple & ash is not “over hyped” , it lives to what it's hyped about. It's a GREAT place to celebrate or to just go in general. The wine is good, the steak, the OLD FASHIONS. All that... so good. GO HERE & DRESS IN A SUIT OR A PRETTY DRESS! You won't feel over dressed cause in this restaurant, that's how everyone like to go. SUCH A VIBE!! 10/10 🔥🔥
Memorable Birthday Dinner! Loved the entire experience start to finish. Service by John Joppek and staff was attentive, warm and genuine. Eddie the bartender did a cool explanation of the bourbon flight. The amuse bouche and little surprises were so fun ! Cocktails were creative, and there was an extensive wine list. Food- must have carpaccio( amazing and yes, the best bite in the restaurant ), filet and Australian Waygu was cooked to perfection ( get the beef tallow and bernaise...
