You’re greeted with a cocktail the moment you walk in — that alone sets the tone. The space has this intimate, almost cinematic vibe, lit entirely by candles that make the whole experience feel personal. We went for the seafood tower and the swordfish — both on point. Drinks? Exceptional. Everything about this place whispers class without trying too hard.
For the umpteenth time, I chose to celebrate my birthday dinner at Maple & Ash with my family, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with their cocktail of the month, the Cherry Blossom Lychee—refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet (even my dad enjoyed it!).

Maple & Ash is hands down one of the best restaurants in Chicago. The food is absolutely incredible every dish is bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service is on another level; the staff explain each course in detail, where it’s from, and how it’s prepared, which makes the whole experience feel special. Immaculate atmosphere, amazing food, and top-tier service. Highly recommend!
