I ordered a gyro burger with bacon and drove all the way home to find that the burger had no gyro meat. I phoned and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager. He offered me a credit on my next order. I told him that there would not be a next order. He then offered for me to return the burger and they would remake it. I asked that they remake the entire order because my other food would be cold due to me having to drive back to the restaurant. He offered to remake my fries and told me that the other part of my order would be okay. I demanded a refund in which he said he could not do. He then put me on hold to take another order and I hung up and drove to the restaurant with my entire untouched order. I demanded a refund and told the manager that I did not trust them with preparing my food due to his tone for fear he or someone would do something to my food (ie: spit in it). He became offended because another customer was present. I explained to him that I was entitled to how I felt and that was my opinion. A refund was finally given to me after going back and forth and I was told that if I ever came back that I would be arrested for trespassing. The nerve of threatening a customer due to their error and him being disrespectful all because I demanded a refund. During the entire conversation, the manager’s tone was very rude and he proceeded to talk over me. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!

Dont think they take there orders well i asked for lightly dipped italian beef and i get it soaked and i asked for sweet peppers and they give me jalapenos will not buy food here again and i will b posting on tik tok and my other accounts not the first time they do this its the third and they lost my buisness

The food is always fresh. Love the homemade sauce for the gyro

Walked in the day before place an order, detailed, and what I specifically wanted on my meal the opposite with a missing item called back on it and was dismissed. I told him I had the food untouched unscaled unpaved didn’t want to hear that they wanted a receipt I’m telling them how I wanted it. They weren’t trying to hear it. This place is overpriced, unprofessional and dismissive and passive to their customers I’ll be looking into placing my future orders locally at Mr. Geez

Whoever the manager/owner of this company, I suggest you to invest on the service.
Prices are high for no reason. $14 for a meal?
I ordered gyro sandwich with fry. They served the gyro on a flat laid bread and raw onion. Thought it was a sandwich. Who serves RC cola anyway? Fry was good though. Parking is available and free.
Overall, 4 out of 10.
Better alternative is Mickey’s.
