The Filipino Empanadas the best . Family owned bakery in business for years, wonderful . I highly recommend it
I live in New Jersey and I ordered a large Ube birthday cake for a cousin that lives in Chicago . I had a very pleasant experience placing the order. Everyone at the party said the cake was beautiful and delicious . I am hoping i can visit Chicago so i can try their food and baked goods.
The owner gave me recommendations - great empanada and hopis! First time having Filipino baked goods, and loved it:)
Everything was so Delicious!!!! The service was perfect, the environment was comfortable and the food was perfect ?
I ordered a large traditional Filipino mocha cake (mocha layer sponge cake with mocha buttercream frosting) for pick up on Sunday. Cake was available on time, pick up and box was perfect - decorations as requested. No pictures because I was way too busy. The mocha spongecake was just amazing - fresh, soft, perfect - and the icing was also the perfect complement. Overall sweetness was also perfect. We had so little cake left I was very surprised.I had not been here before, and, with a lifetime of Filipino food experience and many a Filipino food/establishment disappointment, it was like I found my FILIPINO NIRVANA. Greeted with a closing offering of HOPIA - traditional flaky sweet treats filled with mung bean, baboy (pork), pandan and others; BIBINGKA - baked sweet rice cake with salty egg and cheese; EMPANADA - Filipino version of a meat pie with pork, chicken and other options; UKOY - crispy fried hash brown-like shrimp fritter; none of which I could get because I was not going home any time soon. It killed me.I’m headed back there TODAY (on an unrelated trip) and I will have to find a quicker route - because I am a new regular now!
A small family owned business with great customer service. I had the pork and chicken empanadas they are absolutely delicious. I will be definitely be going back. I literally need to try everything!!

Great place to grab yourself some authentic Filipino dishes!!
Good place for a quick bite.
THE BEST carioca in the city! My brother had it catered for his wedding and it was a hit! Sweetest lil lady that works there. Even put the last carioca sticks on hold for me until I got to the store â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
Filipino grocery and carinderia
I love the hopia and the tamales. It's just a bit pricey. I wish they can improve their parking lot.
