After a while of not eating at this place. Well, the last time we did not have a good experience with the sarandeado fish and changes in the order without warning. We decided to return thinking that that day perhaps the cook did not do it as he should. We returned last Saturday and ordered the fish and sautéed fillet. And again, great disappointment. Very dry, unseasoned and stuck to the aluminum. Very overcooked. Piece that you grabbed had aluminum attached to it. Everything else, the rice and empanadas are very delicious. But it is a shame and it makes you angry. Because sarandado is not very cheap. And one goes with the craving. No matter what it costs. It used to be a place my family visited. We will continue trying new places.

Always pass by and decided to give it a try and let me tell you I DO NOT REGRET! From empanadas (which are huge) , to the ceviche and last but not least the logostinos were absolutely BOMB! Visiting from out of state. Was recommended this place. What a nice hidden gem! I was immediately hooked once I tasted the consomé. Great marisco, great service and great food. It's a definitely a must try if your visiting Chicago and craving Mexican Mariscos.
