Very expensive and poor quality!!
It is double the price than any other bakery in the area and smaller portions in comparison. I bought 6 or 7 assorted breads like conchas, nothing fancy. I paid $17. When I got home the bread was hard and stale! Definitely not fresh! Last time I ever go there. I don't mind paying an elevated price, but it has to be worth it. I ended up throwing out most of the bread, seemed like 2 days old when I bought it. Their customer service is not the best either. The cashier had a bad attitude it would be nice if they keep in mind we are PURCHASING a product, not freeloading. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

They sold me an undercooked cheese cake and apart from that it gave me diarrhea unfortunately. Thanksgiving was ruined….
Terrible dry churros and donuts. Felt like they were out for display for eternity.

Really friendly staff, plenty of economical options, great place to get treats or breakfast for the week. Recommend the churros!

This is my favorite bakery for sweet pastries in Albany Park, and they have a very wide selection to choose from. But also their savory pastries are wonderful and worth coming for on their own. The staff are always kind and considerate no matter how busy it is.
I'm glad to have a bakery nearby that's open late since I'm a night owl. But I'm going to try to make it early one of these days for some of the savory treats that they evidently run out of very fast.

This is the 3rd time in a row where the quality is not there. No matter the time. Stale and poor quality. I love local places but for the price the food gotta be worth it. Threw away a handful of churros. No one in my house could eat them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was disrespectful, the bread tasted like cardboard, and the environment was wildly unprofessional. One employee (Liz) in particular behaved inappropriately toward my husband—flirting openly and shamelessly despite knowing he was married. I’ve since learned this isn’t unusual behavior for her. Absolutely appalling. This place doesn’t just ruin your appetite—it might just try to ruin your marriage.

I've recently moved to the Albany Park neighborhood and this gem of a bakery is my go to for fresh baked bread! Ruby is so friendly every time I stop in. You can't go wrong with anything in there. I will be a loyal patron from now on.

The rudest customer service I have ever had. They didn't even want to give us another plastic spoon.

Delicious baked goods and friendly staff. My wife and I came to get pan de muertos along with a few extra treats. They were all delicious, especially the conchas! I'm planning on coming here whenever we have a hankering for sweet bread
