Went in today and got a large order of catfish steaks. They were cut in half the long way to cut the meat down and fried hard as if there were meat on them. The mild sauce was in a sample cup and the price were higher! Lost a customer today! Never going back!
The place is a typical fish market. The fact that they cook the fresh fish on the spot is the advantage. Typically if you order catfish fillet dinners in 90% of the restaurants you get a substitute fish called basa which is a Vietnam catfish. Order the fresh catfish fillet from the fresh fish section and you won't be disappointed and have them cook it.
