Before I placed my order. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. It was well worth the wait. This is some of the best chicken. I've ever had in Chicago. The breading was crispy and the chicken was moist. This was my first time going there I'll be back.

The young lady whom works the evening shift is intentionally running this business in the ground! When she is not present everything goes smooth! She purposely lefts phone off the hook or she’ll say “hold on” & never comes back to the line so she won’t have to do her job! I love the chicken but that staff member is ruining the business

Food is awesome!! Never had any issues. Service has alwayd been perfect..Worth the wait for fresh HOT food! They even walked my pan to my car! Neighborhood might be sketchy for some.

I came all the way from Indiana to get some Marlon’s Chicken and man was I disappointed… I didn’t get any sauce on my food nor did I get the extra sauce I paid for…. Chicken tasted overcooked and dirty grease…. And seems like Marlon trying to steal Harold’s chicken swag…

While visiting Marlon’s Chicken on 75th, I placed an order and noticed the cashier holding a tray with fries and a piece of bread. She then dumped the fries into the fries holder. I quietly asked her through the glass why she did that, and she responded via the microphone that they save them for people experiencing homelessness and those with addictions. I was shocked, as were the two other patrons in the restaurant. I told her that they are still human beings deserving of respect.
To the owner: please address this issue, as it reflects your business. Mr. Marlon, I recall when you first opened your restaurant; your customer service was outstanding, and your establishment garnered praise on social media as one of the best on the South Side of Chicago.

Marlon's chicken is hands down Chicago's best chicken by far!! Honestly i can say when I order my chicken over the phone i knew they was going to say 30mins by the time I got there i paid for my food and less than 4-5 minutes i was in my vehicle killing them 6pc wings with mild sauce 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 good job Marlon's Chicken
