Cute and expansive area to meet up with a big group of friends and grab either a coffee or meal! Service in the morning was quick, but only 1 barista was working so fair warning if you see a line. Cool seasonal drink in addition to the basic espresso/latte/drip coffee options

Came here with some friends and tried a variety of drinks and food items on both the happy hour menu and regular menu. We ordered the crispy calamari, Bavarian pretzel bites, brussel sprouts, angry chicken fries, and Carolina BBQ flatbread. The food was good and everyone commented on how fluffy and chewy the flatbread was. For drinks, we ordered the machu pisco sour, easy meets Manhattan, lychee lemonade, and the blood orange Paloma. We all agreed that each of the drinks lacked balance flavor wise and were a bit lackluster. Each drink was missing something flavor wise - I would say the best one was the pisco sour. I would recommend coming here for happy hr if you happen to be in the downtown area; otherwise, go somewhere else for drinks.

What an awesome restaurant and bar! I came here to kill some time before going to an event, so I worked at the bar over a drink. To my surprise I was walking into a happy hour and a bustling atmosphere. It was peak happy hour with everyone being done from work and I found myself amongst other after-work groups and individuals also working at the bar. They had an impressive and extensive menu as well. This restaurant is located inside Merchandise Mart right on the second floor, there's escalators and stairs inside leading you up to it. My bartender, Igor, was very helpful and seemed like such a pro mending the busy bar. I had a mango margarita which was sweet and good. Then I had the limoncello spritz which was okay, it's usually not my type of drink but I wanted to try something new. Both of these drinks were on the happy hour / specials menu. Needless to say I could totally see myself coming back here!

Only come for the remote working location. Vibe is good. Food menu is extremely overpriced and overrated. Walk down the halls for food court options. I paid $32 for half a salmon and Caesar salad and shaken espresso. Extremely a rip

Very nice view and cool vibe. Didn't even know this place existed! Went for happy hour and got the passion fruit cosmo, chicken fries and hummus plate. It's kinda weird they don't have a history stand to check in tho

I was here today on a business lunch with a client of mine who recently moved their office to Mart. I have to commend the service level at this restaurant. We felt like it was a 5 star restaurant how great everyone from the Assistant GM to all the servers. Keep in mind my client has only been in the building a few weeks and they knew them by names. People need to hear this as this level of customer service is often rare to see. The bonus was their food was very good and wide ranging. Highly recommend.

Great place for remote work. Views are excellent! It does get a little loud around lunchtime.

I work in this building, and this is the only sit down restaurant at the merchandise Mart Plaza. I've eaten here a couple of times and food was pretty decent. Unfortunately, this last time I ate here, there was a hair inside the meat of my hamburger. It was after a couple of bites in the beginning of the meal. I gave back the food. They apologized, and did not charge me. Because of my experience, I will not go back there, A pretty cool vibe. Lots of different seating. At night after 5, it sounds like a night club though. They play very loud night club music and there seems to be a lot of people.

Over 20 bucks for a soggy grilled cheese and a coffee that took over 15 minutes to prepare. Terrible food and took way too long. Won’t be back.I do appreciate them replying to this review though. If I’m back in the merchandise mart again soon, I may give them another chance.
