Amazing fish
This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They consistently send poor-quality fish to customers and never respond to any complaints. Now I order from other companies, which offer better service, higher quality, and more competitive prices.
Very bad customer service and horrible products. Their fishes are not fresh, some of them are smelly and the vegetables are old and expensive. I would never recommend even my worst enemy to go to this place.
We have not gone to the store. However, we just had an unpleasant experience with their delivery driver. We were at the intersection of Sheridan and Pratt, when we had to come to a full stop and we were unable to move as their delivery driver was blocking both north bound lanes on Sheridan and part of one southbound lane in order to do a U turn. The truck could gave easily gone straight but refused to move despite people honking at him.

Jaksen was our waiter and he was great and so helpful very friendly excellent service.
The company often finds orders that have already been paid for months later. Let you make another payment. They often do. I tried to talk to their boss about it. But the boss never shows up.
This company side swiped my vehicle and denied doing it. I got (maybe) the owner on the phone and he laughed and said “we have a lot trucks, we hit a lot of vehicles”I wouldn’t recommend doing business with someone who thinks that side swiping someone else’s vehicle, leaving the scene, then denying it despite video evidenced. What a POS

The customer service is the worst.The ladies are rude and I don't recommend it. Look for something better.

I am the manager at Sake Sushi and Grill, and we have been ordering from Martinez for 5 years. But this year, there have already been 2 instances of their mistakes. We ordered last night, and called two times, but none of our order came today. And when I called them again today, they said they didn’t get our order when I definitely called. The person on the phone also kept saying there isn’t anyone to deliver the order on the weekends. But as a sushi restaurants, these deliveries are very important. I also keep looking for the manager, but I can never get in contact.
