Cool bar, off the beaten path in Chicago. Good drinks. Great service.

Drinks were very strong. Only reason for 3 stars was because the drinks were very overpriced ($20 for martinis, and $16 for most others). Not the best but they were good. The service and atmosphere were nice though. Bartender was good.

The bar tender Mora and his crew are great guys..quick to refill ánd make excellent suggestions when one isn't quite sure what to order. The atmosphere can be nice and relaxing or electricly buzzing with excitement and chatter. It's up ro the hotel guests to make it what you want it. Great place to unwind after a long day at work, or to celebrate with a night cap. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the martinis both! Very professional staff and great stuffed blue cheese olives.

We went for a drink after a long day because we were staying at the hotel. We ordered a gin martini and a margarita - the drinks were overpriced (>$20 each) and they were so bad that we couldn’t finish them. The marg was sickly sweet and the martini was straight gin even though the menu mentioned vermouth. The bartender was straight pouring without paying attention and seemed drunk.

I would avoid this spot for cocktails if you’re looking for something well made.

This is the 2nd time I visited with my wife strictly for Martinis. We live close by and it is very convenient. Our Martini's were superbly made and chilled perfectly. The offer delicious blue cheese olives. The nut trail mix at the bar is addictive and tasty. On our first visit we had the wings that were just average. The service is high end. The bartender was very attentive plus I observed him helping a hotel guest who ordered a coke at the bar with utensils and condiments. The customer had ordered carryout outside the hotel and was distressed that he did not receive it from the outside restaurant. Your bartender took care of it. Good job.

This bar says open and after a long Uber drive, it’s closed!

It’s just a little bar in the lobby of the Knickerbocker hotel and it’s fine. That’s it really - fine. A decent dirty martini and an acceptable margarita with slightly stale pub mix. But there are some comfy couches and it’s not stuffy or overcrowded. Exactly what we needed after our flight.

Traveled from California to Chicago , researched this place because of my love for martinis , Initially it looked like a classy place to have a lemon drop wish I would’ve not visited the bartender Steve is in the wrong business of hospitality he has zero personality while my drink was delish I gave him compliment and he dismissed it , he behaves like he hates his job didn’t make me want to have another drink a closed the tab quicker than a blink of an eye management coach this guy !!!!
