Awesome bar... Service was good even while busy and the food was EXCELLENT! Meatloaf was one of the best that I've had the pot roast was really good! Their prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality. I'm also not being biased because of the name of the bar (but it its awesome... haha). Will definitely be returning!
This place has been around for decades, and the food and prices are incredible! Wonderful hidden gem in Pilsen you should take the time in visiting for your classic Chicago grill eats. Great Chicago style dogs, grilled burgers are great, good italian beef!
I used to run a trucking account for a mega carrier that delivered right down the street from here. I'm not lying when I say this is the only bar I've ever drank in. Chicago doesn't allow beer sales in convenience stores I guess. Was recommended that I buy a six pack here. I was not disappointed in the slightest. I tell stories down in Georgia about this place from time to time. It's like a legend to all my friends... None of them can get me to drink in a bar...
