Marz Community Brewing Company is a fantastic spot for anyone who enjoys craft beer. The atmosphere is hip and laid-back, with a warehouse vibe that makes it unique. Their small-batch beers are creative and flavorful, and there’s always something new to try. The addition of snacks, sandwiches, and even coffee and tea makes it easy to spend time here with friends. A great local brewery that captures the spirit of Chicago’s craft scene!
Sometimes it would be nice if there were a way to give more than five stars. Marz would deserve it. First, they had a solid diversity of beers on draft. All pretty tasty, at least the sours were. Then there's their infused-drinks menu with just a wider array of CBD and THC drink than you'll find at any brewery. Didn't try any because they suggested no mixing alcohol and weed drinks. Next time. Next, there's a Mexican taqueria pumping stuff out of the kitchen at the place. Got the chips and guacamole, and perfection. Beyond perfection though was *that orange sauce.* Like a little bottle of heaven. (Between the two best orange sauces of San Jose, CA - La Victoria and Iguana's, this one was more Iguana's - a reference *everyone* will understand, right?). Vibe and atmosphere are decent as well. Kind of tiki bar?
The smash burgers are the best anywhere I can find.
You guys are going to have to start paying me for my reddit posts and all the business I'm sending your way. 😂
Love the place and the environment
Of the best and most creative and delicious breweries you will ever go to. Their taps pour out hit after hit. Also tons of THC drinks in cans and bottles. OKC Burger is the best smash burger you will ever have, ever. In the burger category it’s on par with or passes the burgers at Au Cheval and Loyalist. The space is cool, in an old factory, of the era when factories and schools used the same red brick aesthetic. It took us 13 minutes to get there from the west loop (by bike, which is more direct it’s 20 minutes).
.

5. Kid friendly
Bad service, I wait almost an hour to get a burger, my wife mentioned me the bartenders are lazy. We had a very bad experience.
Great beer but whoever is selling those tacos/Mexican stuff outside 40 bucks cash/Vemno only is a ripoff and needs to go. Straight up theft and a bad look for your business. Beer is very good cant wait to try food from the actual kitchen not the shyster grill outfront.
Such a cool, chill spot with a great vibe. My favorite night is Cantina Tuesdays — they’ve got micheladas with loteria, plus tacos and fun prizes. The space has a cool concept with vintage video games and collectibles that give it a unique feel. Good beer, fun atmosphere, and just an all-around great hangout spot.
Marz is one of those places that just feels good to be in. They have great service and selection of food and drinks that aren't overpriced. They also have a lot of community events that make it so that your patronage balances out your sad vices. My favorite is the weekly Loteria, it's super fun and super intense. The bartenders are always friendly and attentive.
They have a game room, some of the games are free, and some of the games definitely need some TLC. Overall, it's a great spot, I love that it is tucked away in a weird area, but that does make parking kind of annoying, but that's probably a good thing.
They only one bourbon, which they make, and I wish they had more, but they are such a cool business that has a strong interest in growing and being a part of the community so just for that, I'm happy to support them.
Food was super expensive I ordered a burger and it was 38.00 and thinking it was going to be huge it was super small NO GOOD TRASH AND SUPER OVERPRICED why would I
Lie when I know what I paid I will post it the picture the burger was the size of a McDonald’s burger

Ed and the Marz brew crew just get it. Delicious beers and beverages, but the burger is where it's at. I've been fortunate enough to enjoy pizza and Taco Sublime, and more recently, the burrito that's currently on the menu. The events are some of the most fun in the city - if beer and bud is your thing. Appreciate the unique vibes here.
Great beer but it literally takes the bar staff 3 business days to take your order. A strict no eye contact establishment💀
Them asada tacos will not disappoint
Nice spot, if a ittle out of the way.
Loved everything about this place. The location, the vibe …. all of it reminded me of what Chicago used to be. Happy to see culture can still survive and thrive. Keep up the good work.
