Stay away from this place! I tried this place and got food poison! Absolutely disgusting! 0 star

It’s disgusting filthy and dirty the food was pre made and frozen and everything was gross the guy working was wearing filthy clothes and was rude and angry. Do not come here, the booths are broken and a splinter went in my leg and started burning.

Shpam is known for high price with garbage food same as their other branch. I will never ever come back. I paid $32 for mandi plate with so little meat and rice. They should sell it for $12-$15 maximum. Also they don’t know how to do grilling it’s not Yemen food, leave grilling for Iraqis or northern Arabic. Don't mix anything up

How do you sell mandi (Arab food in the south) and sell grilled goods (Arab food in the north) and show Indian food? Specify your identity and the problem. None of the dishes are properly cooked. The Mandi is bad. The grills are worse and the prices are expensive. There is very little meat and rice and it is not good.

And on top of this, 4% withdrawal currency.. It is impossible that the cooks are Yemenis, they look like Mexicans or Indians. It is impossible for Yemenis to cook because the mandi tastes like Indian food, unfortunately.

You get drunk and phone the customer before he does not understand what the story is. If you don't want to work, stop and I will show you another job. The problem is that you follow the staff who work, but they don't have any style. Learn a little.

This is not Yamani restaurants , I was told before not to come to this place but I didn’t listen and came to try it out myself.
I ordered Mandi, and I was so happy to eat Yamani food again but I was chocked what I was given, simply cooked meat that is super hard to eat like plastic, far far away from the real Mandi, I left the restaurant and I didn’t even ask for money back.
Both Baba ghanouj and the house salad were acceptable but waaaay expensive for the small portions I got.
Customer service was good.
I was charged 4% to use credit card without even letting me before.
Anyway I did try it and got disappointed ☹️

Very poor service. House salad tasted weird it’s like been made 2 days ago. Server was rude and unprofessional. Lamp mandi was alright.

This restaurant has a very bad customer service because we had a very bad experience with them. My dad tried to order the food to pick up and instead of taking the orders, they started asking a lot of questions, so my dad was concerned and hung up. They called back and pranked us, pretending to be police officers and asking for our information and were threatening us and then they called back again pretending to work for Dunkin Donuts. That is not how you treat your customers. We are not coming back.

I love this place it's very clean and the food is very delicious and nice people
