Asked for raw onions and mustard! Only got a spoonful of onions and very little mustard. Very stingy with the toppings.

Good little late night spot to eat. Open 24/7 so you can always get something, just be careful around the area.

First time eating here a week ago, my cousin's recommendation. I ordered 1 chicken and 1 steak taco ( I don't usually eat chicken tacos at restaurants, they can't seem to get it right). My cousin had 2 chicken and 1 steak taco. By the next morning, my cousin and I were sick. Not gonna give too many details, BUT IT WASNT PRETTY, I had to call OFF WORK. be careful of what u order.

You behave as if the homeless asking for money makes the atmosphere bad

This Maxwell Street Express was okay but good. The polish was good had that old school jew town polish taste šŸ‘Œ. The cheese burger šŸ” was okay. A little high in price.

Maxwell Street Express hits the spot when you're craving that classic Chicago fast food fix. I swung by on a Saturday afternoon and grabbed the Maxwell Street Polish Combo for $11.99—grilled to perfection with onions, mustard, and sport peppers, all nestled in a soft bun. The fries were crispy and hot, and the can of pop was a nice touch.
The service was friendly, and the food came out fast. It’s a no-frills spot, but that’s part of its charm—just good, honest food done right. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the fries could’ve been a bit more seasoned. But overall, it’s a solid choice when you’re in the mood for a Maxwell Street Polish.

I ordered the items I paid with my credit card and noticed that the prices on the board are not the real prices. I was charged $5.00 more for my order and then told that the price on the board would be charged sooner or later.

I took my sister here to purchase a few tacos. I was shocked to know that the polish sausage place sold tacos. I tried their tacos for the 1st time, and I have to admit it was pretty good.

This place sells good food, I guess ,but the prices are too! high for the neighborhood. 4.00 dollars for one taco! Is extreme! The money they make should be spent on the large holes in the parking lot! Went to cocula's restaurant where tacos are 2.95 and worth it!

Ordered a polish that tasted like it was two days old! Never again!

Not this place was spot on. The tacos I ordered were very good. I also ordered a slice of pizza out was good. The overall value is great!

The polish was very salty and it's cash only, even though they have an ATM machine inside.
