The food is very good. One of the few places in Chicago where a jumbo pizza costs $20. Everything I've ever ordered is good. They're always fast--never a long wait.

Been buying from this place for years. It’s right around the corner from my parents. Well recently they took down my order and dude didn’t tell me they didn’t have grilled chicken and decided to give me a breaded chicken sandwich instead without telling me, which I can’t eat. I called to see if I could at least get a credit for a SANDWICH. Dude on the phone was rude, him and the other guy who takes orders can be rude sometimes but completely dismissed everything I said. When I said I’ve never complained even though my orders been screwed up before he said “well that’s fine.” Well I took my business to DeArcos. We order pizza at least once a week. Oh well.

Whoever is taking phone orders needs to work in the back or figure out how to talk to CUSTOMERS!!! Why get an attitude cuz I can understand you? You mumble and smack on whatever you're eating and expect me to figure out what you're saying. I remember making up my mind about 5 years ago that I wouldn't go back. But I ordered frim them a few weeks ago and had a pleasant experience with a younger gentleman.Now I remember why I said I won't go back and I'm putting it out here so I can remember next time. That older man had THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service!!! I just kindly reminded him that I didn't have to order from Maya's. This is Chicago and PIZZA IS EVERYWHERE!!!

I grew up with their pizza I always loved it just not the greasy part but obviously its a bit unavoidable. I'm glad they have instructions to on their pamphlet menu to have your ready when ordering. It's pricey but worth it I ordered an XL pizza half pepperoni and half mushrooms with jalapenos just enough for my two siblings, my fiance and I since my fiance eats more than us 3 haha.

Over charged me, said I didn't order what I actually ordered. Left off a side. $27 for a medium Pizza? Pizza was cold, threw out most of it. My cat wouldn't even eat the scraps...

It's a small, yet very good restaurant. I have passed by this place so many times, and i finally stopped and ordered a pizza. 3 words. CRISPY, HOT, DELICIOUS. I ordered a 12' thick crust (New york style) pizza, and it was loaded with topping, tomatoe sauce, and cheese. The crust was crispy and perfectly cooked. Not doughy, not burnt. If i had to rate this restaurant only for its pizza, then i would give it an 8/10. The reason being they dont offer pepper on the side or garlic butter sauces. Regardless, it was fantastic. I literally burnt the whole roof of my mouth, trying to shove the pizza in my mouth. If you are like me, you know what im talking about 😂😂😭. This is a pizza destination spot for the connoisseur.

Calling in order the guy who barely speaks English hangs up on me. Rude management I will never order from this place anymore.
