McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks

I was sad to find out that New Year's Eve was the last day that this location was going to be open. This restaurant is truly exceptional. The service and the food are always top tier. I wish the employees the best of luck in all of their future endeavors. 

Had a wonderful NYE dinner here with my bf. Had the lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, broiled seafood platter, and the lobster and sirloin entree. Everything was delicious and the drinks were awesome. The only negative thing I can say is I'm terribly saddened that 12/31/25 is their last day of operations. It's our 2nd time dining here and each time has been a wonderful experience

I had wild Atlantic salmon and This was just ok . The underlying crab mix was just poor tasting and I could not eat it. The lobster bisque was good. The restaurant was very slow and formthismtime of year should Be busy . This is a reflection of the quality that one receives .

Best $45 6oz filet in town. Perfectly cooked and very reasonably priced. Great service, creative cocktails, excellent seafood. We were pleasantly surprised with how much we loved our experience. Great location for after the theater.

Jonathan our waiter was phenomenal! He was so quick with everything and there to answer our table's questions. The food was delicious, the truffle Mac and cheese and the Korean fried chicken was worth it! Also I got a drink switched with no problem and the experience Espresso Martini was delicious. We definitely will be back.

The overall dining experience was okay. Unfortunately, the meal was overcooked. Once the food arrived, server was slow to return and check in, which made it difficult to address concerns. The drink tasted different each time it was ordered, which made it an inconsistent experience.

Had reservations. Was seated when we arrived Quinn was an amazing server he suggested the shrimp kisses. They were amazing. Best steak I have had in a long time will be back

This place is very nice. The ambiance, the waitstaff, and food were excellent. I had the stuffed salmon and my husband havd the filet mignon from the Chef's Holiday Special options. The filet mignon was superb! The salmon could have been cooked maybe 5 minutes more, delicious nonetheless. I had clam chowder,also delicious. Our calamari appetizer and drinks were very good. Our only critique: THE MUSIC! A restaurant that nice needs different music. Pop music with a small dab of holiday music did NOT fit the place at all. Maybe go with jazz or something chilled like jazz. Pop music was not it. We'll be back!!

Food was fabulous. Our server Abby was amazing. The chef choice menu had great options in addition to the menu and was really reasonable.

M&S is our favorite go to place whenever in one of their cities. This one was very good. We ate at noon on Christmas day. The hostess that greeted us was terrific as well as Johnathan our server. Had the salmon stuffed special. Always outstanding! Thank you Chicago M&S!

Destiny delivered outstanding service in an Absolutely Beautiful intricate environment. The menu provided varied choices, my meal tasted marvelous AND looked “picture perfect,” My Compliments to The Chef! Macy & Gerardo were extremely welcoming and hospitable, I'll be back, for sure!

I had the crab and shrimp stuffed salmon. It was delicious! Our granddaughter ordered the calamari. She didn't know that there were going to be red pepper flakes seasoning on them. It was too spicy for her. Fortunately she was able to send it back and order the chicken breasts. She enjoyed that. Another granddaughter ordered the filet mignon and loved it.

Booked 27 October with comments about birthday and best seating. Received multiple request to confirm reservation. Responded yes each time. Received a call the night prior asking us to arrive 30-45min early due large crowd volume attending near by show and wanted to ensure everyone was seated on time. Arrived and they were waiting on staff to arrive with an almost empty place. Tried to seat us at cramped high top table in bar area. When we chose dining room, they could have offered the private curtained booths but but did not due to staffing. Table did not have salt/pepper, had to make multiple requests for things, server was non present. We were never offered a drink menu until we discovered the drink menu later when asking for dessert menu. We should have asked vs assuming the wine list was it. Typically the shift manager at other steakhouses will make their rounds and check in on guests, here the manager just seem to stand at the back administrative booth and just wait for something to pop up. Food was excellent but the overall experience and atmosphere was disappointing given the reviews we had confided in.

Food was amazing as usual! Server was wonderful and attentive. Always love it at McCormick & Schmick's!

My wife and I had an exceptional experience eating dinner at McCormick & Schmick's. My wife had the salmon & I had the sea bass and both dishes were wonderful. We also had a chocolate bag for dessert. Everything including the service was wonderful.
