Horrible experience MORE THAN ONCE.

Went through the drive thru and waited over five minutes to order. Then I told her (the girl manager) that I have two orders. She rudely interrupted me during the first order, and had me wait again. Took my order then told me to pull up before taking my second order. She didn’t ring in EITHER of the orders correctly. First one, didn’t have the sauce added on it. Second one, I ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. She gave me a steak egg and cheese mcmuffin. After noticing, I pulled back around and she told me that the location doesn’t do steak biscuit sandwiches and shushed me as I tried to speak. So I ordered it through the app this time. When I got to the window I asked why she lied to me, then she pretended to not speak English. The cashier translated for her and told me that I can only order a steak egg and cheese biscuit through the app. Which is a lie, they made me buy something I didn’t want in the first place. I had to purchase the item twice to get it.

Another time, they ran out of lettuce and didn’t give me a refund. Nor did they tell me there was no lettuce before I ordered. So again, they made me buy something that I didn’t want. My friend got a daily McDouble, and it had lettuce on it! So she lied to my face.

The workers also don’t think that I can understand Spanish and were talking about me, right in front of me. RIGHT BEFORE GIVING ME THE WRONG FOOD. Then acted like it was my fault.

Why do you hire people who can’t communicate and make me buy items that I didn’t order? Next step is me filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You’re robbing people with no shame.

Sent my husband in for a plain double cheese with ONLY cheese and bacon, he accidentally ordered it incorrectly, when he asked if the sandwhich could be remade even if he had to wait/pay extra. The kitchen crew was giving the crew a hard time, the crew member assisting my husband said “But you ordered it wrong you ordered it that way” Shortly after, the manager in the floor Charles/ Charly ( can’t remember correctly ) addressed the situation quickly and got my sandwich corrected in no time. Thank you ! That is a good manager my husband said had it not been for him he knows he would’ve had to either pay for an extra sandwich or maybe even walk out with a refund instead. Great job correcting the staff !!

I haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time. The Staff was bored and unhelpful. The ordering process was confusing and overly complicated. The food tasted prefabricated, which, I guess, it is. 🙂 Other than that, it was fine. 😁 It was nice to be able to park in a lot in this neighborhood.

Worst customer service ever. I got hung up by the manager. It was their fault that they forgot about a sandwich and they just told me come back to get another one. When I said do me a refund he also told me come back for that too. They don’t have any customer service or making any solution. This just happened so please check who is your manager in charge and how your restaurant is working
