This place needs to re-train their staff. Multiple times my order has been missing items. When notifying staff, they would deny before even double checking. After realizing they were wrong they don't even apologize. Luckily I check before driving off from the drive thru. Make sure you check your order before leaving.

What a change of experience.. Kara's one amazing manager .. it only took me less than one single minute to see the type of manager she was.. she was on top of three things at one time within a few seconds and was also a friendly and polite and sincerely cares about the guests and the experiences they have, can't say the same for some other locations.. but they are very lucky to have you, these are a prime example of the kind of employees you want working for your company!!!!!
