Went today I got my order I asked the lady may I please get some ketchup and more ranch for the nuggets she rudely said we have no ketchup n there's ranch in the bag walked away so I asked another person and they gave me another ranch and 2 packages of ketchup, I had 2 whole meals like what is 2 ketchups gonna do,?!? like I understand the job is hard but if you don't like it I'm sure there's other ppl wanting to work like quit.

If I can give 0 stars I would. The staff is very rude including the managers. They served me cold fries while in the drive thru and when I asked for an alternative because they were backed up with orders the manager responded very rudely as if it was my fault. This McDonald’s is in my neighborhood and when I’m craving McDonald’s on door dash I avoid this location at all cost!! They need to fire the entire staff and hire workers who like there job instead.

Whoever does the inventory needs to split their check with the cashier's because they always got to tell you no ketchup no barbecue sauce no straws no ice no cups no pickles no ice cream no sugar no cream. 20 pc nuggets with no sauce.

Stood at the counter for literally 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. The employees were too busy gossiping and talking to do their jobs. Never ?? will not go there again. Also restaurant was very dirty garbage everywhere on the floor people yelling no thanks this location should just close their doors. What a terrible experience.

This McDonald's is a in my book. The staff is always super fast. The place is so clean I think about eating off the floor. Jk I order my breakfast on the app and it was ready in no time. Thanks McDonalds for powering my breakfast.
We waited an hour for our food along with many others waiting 30 plus minutes. When I went to check on our meal the manager would look at my order number and then walk away. After 3 times of this happening, I ask how much longer and was told that they can't find my order. I asked if that meant that I don't get my food and was told yes, that's what that means. Then was told I could wait in line to get a refund. I wanted in line and requested a refund and the lady working the register said she didn't know how and had to get the manager. She then came back up and asked me what I wanted. I said you told me to wait for a refund, she then looked at my receipt and walked over and put my order together in about 1 minute. Total time was well over an hour and tons of attitude and listening to her argue with other costumers and ignore me 3 times.

Remember the burger SpongeBob gave the health inspector?You know what…..You would have thought I would have learned my lesson to not play with McDonalds but clearly I haven’t learned. On Sunday December 17th 2023 at 8:45 pm this is what I was handed……I just can’t believe it. What really makes me mad is that the person who made this LOOKED at the bread saw it was brunt and made a conscious decision to wrap it up and give to a customer like nothing happened……Before I continue ….The young man who gave me my refund was so nice and sweet and so respectful. He was truly a gentleman and I appreciate him so much. He is too good for that place! The only one with some respect and sense (Tall young man with the waves).But the rest y’all need to be fired! Ghetto, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful. Then the young lady with brown and blonde hair had the Audacity to say it’s not her problem……I almost forgot I was saved for a second. Idk what their location has going on but yall need to get some professional help and Gordan Ramsey. It’s fries on the floor. Now the ice crème machine is broken. Now the toaster burning food? CLOSE DOWN SHOP IMMEDIATELY! McDonald’s franchise owners make a lot of money please invest in the equipment and train your mf staff….

This location is near my home. The service is consistently rude, unattentive, and sloppy. I get it is not an easy job and pay is low, but just pay attention. My order is wrong 9/10 times. Typically food is handed to me with their back turned to me. Today I went back to get the coffee they missed and they said I should not have driven off. 1- woman gave me my food and walked away. 2- no customer wants your opinion of whose fault it is that food is missing. I am grateful however, my consumption of McD has greatly decreased which is good for my health. By the way, putting 15 packets of sugar in my coffee when I responded "really?" to being blamed for my coffee being missing. Classy. Sugar is a health hazard for me.
