Don’t waste your time. No customers inside and one person in front of me in the drive thru and I still waited 20 mins. They took two peoples orders in the other drive thru line and never took my order. Can’t comment on the food because I had to leave before I could order.

I told the staff member I wanted a latte, at which point they looked at me with their mouth open, and a large amount of drool came out of their mouth. They stared at me in silence for another minute or so and I backed away slowly, got in my car and left.

This is not a good McDonald's to go to the staff all seem to be young and immature there was a lot of profanity being used as orders were being placed no one has proper ppe gloves hairnets etc. tables were filthy trash was everywhere August 6 2025

During the day they are decent, but if you come here after 6PM, good luck. The inside is closed in the evening and the drive thru is so slow. Quite frequently, the evening crew will be there and just ignore the drive thru even though they are supposed to be open late. Save your time and sanity: go to the one on lake park ave. World’s better service, professional, and the good is always hot.

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant on [740 E 47th St] on [06.26.25] at approximately 8:40 PM.
When I arrived, the restaurant was open and there were many people inside. However, as soon as I entered, I was aggressively told to leave without any proper explanation. The employees were very rude and forcefully pushed me out, simply telling me to “go to the drive-thru.” I felt extremely disrespected and embarrassed by the way I was treated.
As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The restaurant was open, people were inside, and I should not have been forced to leave in such an unpleasant manner.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this situation and provide me with an explanation. I also hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way in the future. Max Grigor

I frequent this location because it is close to my kids school. I ordered my food at 6:12pm on the app, by 6:35pm my order wasn’t even being worked on and the label was just sitting there. I had to ask them to make my food. The young lady that was working the register and getting food was very polite, the young man that bagged my food acted like I was inconveniencing him. So disappointing.
